MMona KhI had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Washington-Central/White House! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the White House and many of the city’s major attractions. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was especially cozy, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a busy day exploring the city. The complimentary Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the business center was a great touch for any work-related tasks. What I loved most was the convenience of having a restaurant on-site, serving delicious meals in a cozy setting. The breakfast options were varied and tasty, giving me a good start to my day. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Washington, D.C. It’s the perfect balance of comfort, location, and value. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip

AAriestoAmazing. This hotel offers comfort in practical manner. Located in nearby METRO station, it also within walking distances to bars and restaurants. Marrtiot and Ritzcarlton are just few steps away; and I thought it was going to be expensive. The staffs are super helpful. It is simple, clean, comfortable and inexpensive.

GGuest UserI booked a superior queen room, but they gave me very small one. The room is so tiny that I won't be able to open my luggage if i had one. Fortunately we only had carry on luggage. The window is very tiny cutting corner of the room making it a narrow gap between the bed and the window. The corner of the bed hurt my leg a few times when I passed in and out . There are full of dirty marks on the small table. To my surprise, when checking in, the receptionist told me I have to pay US$32 extra for the facilities. I didn't understand what she meant. Then she gave me a card to read. And said it's on their website. This is a rip off. I never knew I would have to pay extra US$32. . Such a thing had never happened to me before.

MM507421****This hotel offers a fantastic overall experience. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around, with plenty of dining options and convenient transportation nearby. The rooms are clean and tidy, with new and practical facilities. The soundproofing is good, ensuring a restful stay. The front desk staff are warm and professional, and both check-in and check-out were very efficient. It's great value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

2201515****This hotel is hard to describe, because it was booked for a temporary night, and I went directly to the front desk and said there was no room, but I booked it on Ctrip, and the room WiFi was charged. The front desk searched for a long time, the service was very bad, and I had already paid in full on Ctrip. I also received a pre-authorization of 750 dollars in 3 days, and I booked another one at the same time. The front desk kept saying that the room was full, and then I contacted Ctrip at 12:00 at night. Looking for a hotel upstairs, I changed a front desk staff with a very good attitude and helped us open the room. The hotel canceled the buffet breakfast due to the epidemic, and now they order food online by themselves, and each order will charge a delivery fee of 6 dollars. The breakfast portion is quite large, which is not bad. Because we went out late, we didn’t clean up on the first day. We said it was cleaned on 7-8 every day. When we left, we called the front desk and they would come to clean. The next day we called the front desk, and the front desk complained why we went out so late .

GGuest UserLocation is good, pretty close to the airport. No airport shuttle service though. Front desk people are nice and friendly. Room is clean. Love the neighborhood around the hotel. Many good restaurants within walking distance. It also takes about 15 minutes walking to the nearest metro station. My girls also loved the outdoor swimming pool. It’s pretty nice to swim in a pool with Washington Monument in the background. Definitely recommend this place to the families with kids.

AAnonymous UserThere is no signal on the TV, and the debugging can’t be abandoned. The room door needs to be closed gently by itself, otherwise it will be very loud. The quality of the toilet is average. The software facilities are a bit of a cut-off. The most important thing is that the room is full of pungent decoration smells. It is very awkward and the throat is very uncomfortable. It is recommended that the hotel remove the taste (I don't know if it is formaldehyde) The new hotel encountered an uncomfortable throat for the first time.

GGuest UserThe decoration looks like an old-fashioned hotel, so the facilities are a little bit worse. But the room is big enough, the health is good, there is a coffee machine, and the customer service staff are also very polite. It takes about ten minutes to get to the station.

GGuest UserDisappointed in first room which had odd layout and faces alley so I requested better room and they quickly accommodated but would’ve preferred they gave me better room to begin with since I think most people don’t like odd layout with view facing alley. Otherwise, room/bathroom was clean, tv had good selection of channels, and location was perfect where we were just minutes walk from White House and national mall and many good restaurants. Note that I used SpotHero app and found cheaper parking than what hotel offered. Not all garages allow unlimited in and out so make sure to check for this before booking.
