Hello everyone My experience in this hotel was amazing the staff is very welcoming and helpful the room is very clean and practical the views on the roof is wonderful i like it so much.

Everything was good.

The check-in at reception was excellent, they treated us very well. Very good location. Metro trams buses to go to the city center. I will choose it again. We were able to leave our suitcases until the evening.

This is a very clean business hotel. It is close to the sea and the convention center, and it is a 20-30 minute taxi ride from the airport. I recommend arranging a taxi early in the morning as you will get caught in terrible traffic jams during rush hour. It is 1-2 train stops from the tourist area, and is located north of the city center. There is nothing in particular nearby. It is a bit of a walk from the station. Facilities: There is no conditioner or slippers. There are no robes. There is a water heater in the room. Things you should bring: There is shampoo, but it makes your hair stiff, so it is better to bring both shampoo and conditioner. Air conditioning: The room could not be heated above 24°C and was very cold, but if you call the front desk they will set the temperature to your desired temperature.

The front desk even gave the wrong room card. There were other guests' things in the room. There was no sign of cleaning at all. In short, it was very bad. Don't come to this hotel.

The room was clean, spacious (triple room), sea view. The breakfast is excellent (all-you-can-eat buffet, varied). Our room was facing the elevator and therefore it was very noisy. That's the only negative point. We did not try the swimming pool (a little too cool)

The seats are very good, very convenient, and the rooms are large. As a non-resort hotel, it is really good.

Nice room, convenient transportation

the rooms smelled bad and no one solved the problem at the reception they said that an air freshener could be used and they sent someone to clean since we found the room a little dirty but no one came to clean or bring an air freshener

If I asked for a bed and quilt, I didn't give me a blanket, so I told me that it was gone. There is no quilt in such a big hotel? Clothes. The equipment is relatively old. Nothing but a better location

There was no early check in, which after a red eye flight became a torture. We tried to nap in the lobby, but they woke us up, saying we couldn't sleep there, and then kept checking that we don't fall asleep again.

My stay at the hotel was overall very disappointing due to the service at the front desk. Despite my request, I was assigned a handicap room and when I asked to change, there was no willingness to support. This experience has left me with no desire to return to this hotel in the future.
