An absolutely wonderful stay! It felt like being in a private artistic ancient castle. The garden is expansive, and the room decor is wonderfully classic, I especially loved the artistic bed. The hallways resemble art galleries, and both the living room and dining room felt very cozy. Breakfast was excellent, and afternoon tea was a steal at just £2.5 for a pot of black tea.

We stayed here during the Jane Austen festival and had a wonderful time! The workers are super friendly and helpful, great to ask any questions about Bath. The place has an old-school style that is so very charming. There’s a bit of wear and tear, but it doesn’t feel dirty or run down at all, just adds to the classic charm of the place. We had the Executive Room with Garden View and it was just lovely! I felt like a princess. The lounge and gardens are also beautiful and fun to take a look at. Just a heads up, if you’re going into the city centre by foot, it’s best to walk down to the centre, bu take a bus up to the hotel. The walk is very uphill. Definitely give this place a try!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! We selected the suite with terrace/garden access. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. Would love to stay here again!

An absolute darling of a small hotel, furnished with so much love. The staff and the overall service were exceptionally above average—friendly, witty, attentive, and above all, warm-hearted. The room felt just like a little home. Unfortunately, I only spent 1 night here. Next time, I'd gladly stay longer!

Excellent hotel. Abby at the front desk and a lovely 70-year-old lady were both incredibly warm and welcoming. Abby spent over 10 minutes on the phone helping us book the hot springs. The room was clean with a charming British style; overall, it was a wonderful experience. Fair pricing, great service, and the room was in good condition. I would definitely stay here again.
