We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were helpful and eager to please. The manager kindly extended our stay so we could meet our bus late afternoon. We would like to recommend this hotel without hesitation and we certainly would stay there again.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Check-in was strictly enforced at 2 PM, like Greenwich Mean Time, with no flexibility whatsoever. The front desk staff, a short man in an ill-fitting suit with broken English, was incredibly rude and manipulative. I booked a standard room with two windows, but was given a room with only one, an interior-facing window at that. The sheets were damp, and the room was at the end of the hallway, right by noisy renovations which were incredibly grating. I called the front desk to request a room change, and they made us wait an hour, giving us all sorts of excuses and runarounds, just wasting our time. And they still claim to be a local five-star luxury hotel! Finally, with the help of the Ctrip hotel concierge, we were moved to a different room, but it still only had one window and was tiny. It felt like they were deliberately targeting Chinese guests, their service was so unfriendly. I can't understand where the front desk staff got their twisted confidence from. However, I am very grateful to the Ctrip hotel concierge for their help. If you're going to Batumi, definitely avoid this hotel – it's an absolute mess!

The hotel is really good. There were four of us staying. The breakfast was satisfying. The casino is right in the building. Our room faced a very noisy street, but if you close the window, the soundproofing is excellent!

This hotel was good in many aspects but was very bad on others! The up sides are many but sometimes a little things can make huge impact on the journey! For example the AC was on energy saving mode which really disturbed our sleep!!! And what make it worse that when asked to get a late check out as gesture of goodwill they said okay then kicked us out by 12:30!!! Like seriously!!!

Everything was top-notch! All the interesting city sights, restaurants, and shops were within walking distance.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was absolutely delighted! From the moment I stepped in, I felt well taken care of. I was greeted with a warm smile at reception, check-in was quick, and they even upgraded my room and gave me tips on the most atmospheric cafes and interesting attractions nearby. The staff are incredibly attentive and responsive – if you have a question, they'll immediately provide detailed information and assistance. The hotel's interior is meticulously designed: stylish details, a pleasant color scheme, and a cozy atmosphere. The exterior is equally impressive: the building looks elegant and blends harmoniously with the city landscape. The hotel also has its own parking. The location is simply excellent: within walking distance to major attractions, shops, and restaurants. Interactions with the staff left a truly pleasant impression – everyone was friendly, patient, and genuinely eager to help. You don't just feel like a guest, but a valued visitor. I will definitely return here again and happily recommend this hotel to my friends!

I really liked the hotel, it's a comfortable place with fantastic breakfasts. The only downside is that you can smell cigarette smoke from the casino on the first floor. Otherwise, everything is great.

It's definitely not a 5-star hotel, but we never regretted choosing it over an apartment in Orbi. We initially got a room on the 4th floor with two windows facing the sky. When we went down to the lobby, they smoothly swapped it for a slightly smaller room on the 3rd floor with a proper window. The breakfast is decent, though not amazing. But it goes until 11 am! (Great for those who like to sleep in). The reception staff doesn't always speak Russian, but basic English is enough. The sink was cracked. The water pressure was good. We didn't visit the spa or casino, so I can't comment on those, other than the smell of smoke near the elevator coming from the casino. Not a big deal though. On the upside: the location is top-notch! Overall, it was exactly what we expected from a budget hotel in the old town.

A great hotel located in the middle of Old Town Batumi. It’s very close to great bars and restaurants as well as the water front. The addition of Milton Brown products in the room was amazing, but breakfast could have been a bit better.
