A great hotel located in the middle of Old Town Batumi. It’s very close to great bars and restaurants as well as the water front. The addition of Milton Brown products in the room was amazing, but breakfast could have been a bit better.

The hotel is in a very good location, right near the Batumi Bay, and it is very convenient to go to the beach and visit the city. The hotel's breakfast is very rich. However, on the last day, since we had to catch the train early, the packed lunch box was a bit too simple.

The service was excellent; it was the only hotel I felt had good service. It's conveniently located in the old town, making it easy to get around.

The non-smoking room had a noticeable cigarette smell, possibly coming from the hallway (where it was more than noticeable). Pillows rated 4 out of 5.

It's close to the core scenic area, and the facilities are good. The room is small, with half of the space given over to the toilet and wardrobe. The double bed is small, almost two 70cm single beds put together. It might be a bit crowded if you bring a child who doesn't sleep alone.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the sea and in the heart of the old city, just minutes from Batumi Square and Europe Square. It's an old, historic building. The room was nice and spacious, easily enough for two suitcases, and it also had a comfortable recliner. There were several windows, but unfortunately, there was ruins outside. The old house opposite had been demolished to its skeleton, but the noise of construction wasn't disturbing—I didn't see any work going on. Since it's connected to a hotel, you could still faintly hear the noise of tourists outside around 2 or 3 a.m., but it didn't affect your sleep. We had breakfast once, which cost 30 lari per person. The variety wasn't very varied—expensive breakfasts, or Georgian breakfasts in general, are not supposed to be that varied. One problem: the air conditioner vents directly across from the bed, and no matter how I adjusted it, the air was still very strong. The service was good.

Great hotel! Super location - the best! This is the Old Town, the very heart! For the first time in Batumi and this hotel created our vibe from the very beginning of this city. New Batumi is beautiful, but not the same, and the Old Town and this hotel in the classic style of Old Europe are the best place. The hotel is fresh, aesthetic - with everything you need - reception staff, spa area, gym, air fresheners on the floors, cosmetics and equipment in the rooms. Regarding cleaning - not 100 percent attentive, cleaning is good, but towels were missing, tea and coffee were not replenished - not particularly critical, but still. Breakfasts - if for a couple of days - ok, if longer, then the menu is monotonous every day. Next time we will definitely come to this hotel, I will not even consider others! ❤️

The room was very clean, the hotel supplies were complete, and the hotel staff were very patient and welcoming. I had lunch in the hotel restaurant, which was especially nice.

It's just that the internet in the room is too noisy and the sound insulation is not good.
