"Guys! If you're expecting three stars, breakfast in bed, or anything else that might be missing, don't hold your breath! In 3 minutes on foot, you'll find a heavenly sea, kinetic sand, eternal summer – simply everything you need for happiness. The rooms are a bit run down; we only had two outlets in the whole room. They change the bedding and bring plenty of bottled water. However, they didn't even empty the ashtray for four days, even though there was cleaning. For three out of four days, they couldn't fix our air conditioner; that's just how Sabai is. They came, looked, and told us to turn it off for an hour. But why come to such heavenly places and worry about the room? It's just for sleeping and the toilet! By the way, the flow-through shower gets boiling hot, and the hot water is excellent. For normal, resilient souls, this is a great option if you're coming for the sea!"

Great
ままっちゃんんThe room itself is comfortable and equipped with air conditioning, a TV, a shower, and a toilet. It is a little inconvenient because it is far from the main beach. However, it is a good choice for those who want to keep their accommodation costs down.

TTeunis KlompGreat resort with a great view. Nice swimming pool. Breakfast is ok, but better not come late. The location is very good if you like a quiet area.
GGuest UserLovely staff, always smiling and helpful! The beach is one of the best in the island. Amenities and room could be better but it has a good price/performance ratio.

OOlgaGaBeautiful well-groomed area, beautiful beach, live music and fire show in the evening in the restaurant. Calm and relaxed atmosphere. There are a lot of fish near the shore. Although the rooms are not new, they are spacious and have plenty of storage space. The daughter is delighted with the canopy on the bed. I think we'll come back here again.

GGuest UserBooked Deluxe Grand Executive room for 131e/night for two people for four nights.
COULD NOT GET TWO KEY CARDS FOR THE ROOM, RECEPTIONIST REFUSED THE REQUEST FOR SECOND 20 cent PLASTIC KEY!?!?!? NOT NORMAL SERVICE AND NOT PRACTICAL FOR TWO PEOPLE!!!
ALSO THE BUILDING HAS NO ELEVATOR!!!
Had to climb to third floor with luggages as bell boy was somewhere....also the actual room is in two levels i.e.: entrance and toilet downstairs, bedroom and living room upstairs.
Outside balcony shower and bath tub had no privacy as shower is visible to the courtyard.
Stayed 4 nights and 2 days water and electricity interruptions.
Beach bar Happy Hour doesnt work traditional way:
Ordered Kamikaze and Strawberry Margarita and tacos.
Drank the first Buy 1 get 1 Free and ate the tacos.
Waited for the second drinks for a while but then waitress brings us bill without asking it.
Happy Hour had ended and we didnt get our second drinks but got invoiced for only one THB350 cocktail and tacos, so be aware of the Grand View Happy Hour practices and dont miss the ordering window like we did. 🤭
Daily issues with the restaurant card machine, cant pay with a CC.
Clean and modern room, but poor service and not practical room with two levels and stairs.

TTreeTeeSecond line from the beach, communal pool and dining areas are stuffed with people, light in some rooms is not good, they open onto internal passageways so people walking by regularly doesn’t make it very peaceful. Good to use as a beach base and exploring other places nearby.

EElenainozemceva**Cons:**
Sand flies on the beach, and their bites take weeks to heal!!! At low tide, swimming in the sea is impossible due to sea urchins and corals. There's a complete lack of facilities, and it's a 21-minute walk to the central pier.
Breakfast was very basic: only eggs (three types) and lettuce. No sausages, bacon, or vegetables were available.
**Pros:**
The pool. The cafe on the pier serves absolutely delicious food!
**Important note:** Do not stay in the garden rooms – they are full of critters!
**Recommendation:** I only recommend this place for extreme introverts and pool lovers.

GGuest UserNo hot water in shower , uncomfortable beach chairs ,why no sun loungers like every other hotel on beach . No soap in bathroom . Walls not painted in bathroom. Only stayed 1 night out of 3 moved to c samet beach resort which was considerably better. Room twice the size of room in la lune .
