衞生挺好的，我們住的四樓採光很好符合預期，老闆人很好，洗衣粉衣架這些有求必應。船票取消了需要重新搶，還好他及時提醒我才沒有耽誤行程。他家有小電驢出租很方便，還有娃的趕海工具，我們還傻乎乎北海買了帶過去。民宿有家常菜，也能加工海鮮，但我們衹吃了麪不知道飯菜如何，麪還是挺不錯的。距離五彩灘不遠，帶小朋友步行十來分鐘吧，看日出很方便，附近也有便利店🏪，適合喜歡安靜一點想看日出的朋友。

房間很乾凈，兩米大床睡的很寬敞，房子離五彩灘很近，步行到海灘十分鐘，看日出嘎嘎方便。上島和離島老闆都喊了車接送，因為天氣原因我們臨時決定提前一天離島，老闆也爽快退房，並提醒提前離開船票無法改簽衹能抓緊先買票後續再退票。老闆十分熱心爽快，非常nice！

位置離五彩灘超近，環境好，體驗感不錯，老闆人也好，告訴我們出去玩路線怎麼走，哪裡好玩，還包接送，酒店還有他們自己的餐廳，想吃海鮮可以去買來加工，nice

春節期間入住了沐光海岸，非常滿意。
①讓我非常感動地一件事情是，預訂酒店之後，老闆主動聯繫我告知春節船票提前發售的消息，讓我們順利買到了來回潿洲島的船票，不然勢必打亂我們的行程安排，這點非常滿意。
②我們詢問老闆北海碼頭哪裡可以停車，老闆很熱心地幫我們想辦法，打聽哪裡可以停車，真的感覺到了他對房客的事情非常上心。
③老闆家可以租電瓶車，而且春節期間衹要60一天，還可以延長到晚上22：00還車，按金衹收了200。我在其他很多家問的都是80一天，而且晚上衹能租到8、9點，按金還要300。
④老闆家可以做飯而且味道好，加工費收取合適，遇到我們買的不新鮮的海鮮及時告知，我們及時拿着不新鮮的海鮮回去退換了。可以在民宿加工海鮮真的非常方便。早餐也可以在他家吃，我們吃了肉絲麪、海鮮粉、海鮮炒飯，推薦肉絲麪、海鮮炒飯。
⑤還有主動告知提供接站、送站服務，讓我們把船票時間發給他，貼心服務讓住客無後顧之憂。
⑥酒店在五彩灘附近，走路到五彩灘看日出、趕海，衹要幾分鐘很方便。
⑦春節在島上住四天，前兩天住東海岸（沐光海岸就在東海岸），後兩天住西海岸，東海岸人要少些，貝殼沙灘那一片絕美，超多的貝殼，雖然吃的沒有西海岸那一片多，但是騎電驢也很方便。西海岸吃的住的的多，消費也比東海岸貴（個人感覺），最惱火的是西海岸人多車多，沒有東海岸安靜，也沒有東海岸那麼美的沙灘，下次再去潿洲島一定住東海岸不住西海岸。

運氣很好，上島的第三天晴空萬里，景色巨美巨出片，做好防曬萬事大吉。然後是這家民宿，超讚，老闆會提醒購買船票，會主動接送，會詳細介紹攻略，提醒坑點，民宿阿姨做的飯、麪、加工海鮮，巨好吃！巨愛！

老闆做事非常高效，有什麼問題要諮詢馬上就解答，很省心。房間寬敞，廚房加工海鮮味道不錯。必須要説的是洗澡水超級超級舒服，水壓大，水總是熱乎乎的，推薦入住。

服務：老闆很實在，提前就加了老闆微信，諮詢了很多問題，雙節期間他家電動車也沒有漲價，而且給了我們很多建議，確實避坑很多，在島上買了兩次海鮮在住處加工，味道很不錯，廚師大爺手藝很棒，收費也不算貴，每次都讓了價，上島和離島也都安排了免費的車子接送，非常好評
環境：環境很清爽，小院子很安靜，看得出老闆挺有品位，小朋友吃完飯在院子裏玩一玩正好消消食，三樓304陽台可以看到海，照片就是我剛到那天站在陽台拍的，陽台很大，每天玩了回來都把衣服晾在陽台第二天就幹了
衞生：衞生不錯，院子打掃的很乾凈，吃飯的院子垃圾桶幾乎都是空的説明老闆換的勤，沒有什麼異味
還有一個加分項，酒店位置離五彩灘很近，看日出早上走着就去了，我們很幸運的看到了日出
總之就是一次吃住玩都非常開心的旅行

數不清這次去潿洲島的第幾次了～一如既往的很愛～這次選擇了住在靠近五彩灘和南灣的民宿，不得不説性價比超高！早上看日出走路一會兒就到了！下午去買海鮮也很方便！重點！！！晚上出去到南灣超級無敵方便！對於我這種又怕黑又愛玩的選手來説簡直就是量身定做，民宿老闆非常可以，有問必答！房間衞生也很乾凈，民宿裏有餐廳，不想出去吃飯或者太曬在店裡吃也是一個不錯的選擇！總之就是很喜歡下次還住這裏！！！
