The hotel lobby is clean, spacious and bright, and a bit retro. There is a self-service laundry room on the third floor, which is very convenient. There is also a supermarket next to it. There are many varieties. You can buy anything you want to eat. It is very friendly to us who don't like to go far. Xiao Pan at the front desk was very enthusiastic. He greeted us as soon as he entered the door. He also introduced us to local fun attractions and food. He was responsive, just like returning home. It was very recommended. I will come back to play and live here in the future. The price is too high.

The front desk was nice and did her best to accommodate me in English, including providing her WeChat in case I had any questions. They also upgraded my room since mine wasn’t available at check-in. Be aware, the majority of the guests were senior citizens, depending on what type of vibe you want with your hotel.

I extended my stay here because my flight back home was canceled. The entire process was hassle-free and in addition to that, I was gifted a christmas card from the hotel staff. House keeping came every three days because most workers we sick due to covid and the botel was short staffed. However, supplies like water, soap, etc were alaways available in a self service area for guests on the resident floors and if one needed extra assistance, someone was always availato offer assistance. My overall stay was wonderful and I hope to return soon!

A very cost-effective parent-child hotel. The rooms are clean and sanitary, the bedding is very comfortable, there are slides and tents that children like, and the hotel also provides free buses to Silver Beach and Qiaogang Style Street. My friends and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza for one night while transitioning to Guilin. The hotel was in a good location next to the beach, and we were happy to have good rooms overlooking the sea view. For dinner, I went to the Chinese restaurant at the hotel, and they had excellent service and food (the beef fried rice is a must to have). The breakfast in the morning was great, with a wide range of options available. It would have been nice for the lounge to extend its opening times as they close quite early, and we could not access it. Overall, we had a good stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beihai.

Isle Beach Home was a pleasant surprise. The view and closeness to the ocean is the best part of the stay. The rooms are very comfortable and the beds are of western hotel standards. The staff is attentive and friendly. They provide information about the island and also scooters for easy transportation. There is a restaurant on site with delicious food. It's also close to local seafood markets on the island. Another great part about the hotel is the infinity pool and deck. But there are a few things that detract from the overall greatness of the experience. The pool deck, although beautifully overlooking the ocean, is not set up for relaxing. The deck chairs are old and without cushions and there are no pool umbrellas to protect from the summer sun. And secondly, (this is not their fault or responsibility) the surrounding environment is the opposite of what the hotel promotes. The buildings and structures surrounding the hotel are unsafe and hazardous looking. But even with that, I would definitely stay her again.

Booked a sea view room facing the sea. No matter it is cloudy or rainy, the sea view is very beautiful. The beach is so beautiful and there are few people. I lay here for two days without any anxiety. The housekeeper is very considerate and responds to any questions promptly. The laundry will come to pick up the dirty clothes and send them back after washing. There is an electric car at the door. I rented it and went out to have fun. It was so happy. The hotel is very close to the high-speed rail station. I booked the hotel after getting off the high-speed rail and it only takes about seven minutes to walk there. Special praise to the front desk lady Xiao Min. She is very enthusiastic. When we entered the lobby, we asked whether we should drink juice or warm water. We generally liked this hotel and stayed for 4 nights while in Beihai. The rooms are very spacious with bathtubs and other good amenities. They are also very clean, and the hotel also offers a good breakfast. The only issue was that it's winter and the rooms were cold. They would not heat up no matter what, and I had to use two comforters from two separate beds together to be warm at night. That was the only problem, but otherwise everything was good. The location is also very convenient.
