Super 8 Hotel (Beijing South Railway Station Puhuangyu Subway Station) Reviews

This is our 1st time stayed at Super 8 Hotel on 6-11 May'25 I am impressed with the AI Xiao Du install in the hotel room which we can simply called out "Xiao Du Xiao Du" to do stuffs like on/off lights, TV, air-con, play a song, check on weather, set alarm clock etc Is very fun & amaze with AI Xiao Du service which is on 24hrs standby Apart from this, location is super good, it is on top of a mrt stop which is so convenient and nearby is a shopping mall where it got alot of shops, restaurant, supermarket, etc etc, even it rain also no worry, all connected & sheltered All are good except hotel room is very small with not much of walking space & is a challenge to open up luggages, need to be systematic, can only open 1 luggage at a time Oh ya, Projector TV is not good only can watch for 6mins & afterthat is chargeable nèed to pay a fee for most of the movies

Made on a Rundown building. Though it is made in a modern look and everything will look good. But the moment you see clearly everything is dirty and is about to break. It is not maintained properly Room was not even cleaned properly during check in. Hairs were all over the place. The only good thing about this hotel is location. Bang on the gate of metro

1. The room was poorly ventilated, stuffy, and the working appliance was the heater. As we knew there were no windows, this made for an uncomfortable stay. 2. Despite requesting a room cleaning before our absence, the room remained unclean upon our return. 3. The night shift receptionist was unfriendly. 4. The drainage in the shower was clogged, we complained but did not do anything.

Located right on top of a metro station, with many restaurants and a supermarket in the same building.

The hotel is inside a mall, it was clean, spacious and smart hotel.The location was perfect its near the traj station, Mall and restaurants.

Overall very good service and very clean. Location slightly far from train station.

The staff at the front desk cannot speak English or even try to. Her face expression looked like do not want to talk to us. There were 2 little birds that were in the cage and covered by the cloth 24 hrs. I felt sad to see. They had never been allowed to see anything outside.
