1. The room was poorly ventilated, stuffy, and the working appliance was the heater. As we knew there were no windows, this made for an uncomfortable stay. 2. Despite requesting a room cleaning before our absence, the room remained unclean upon our return. 3. The night shift receptionist was unfriendly. 4. The drainage in the shower was clogged, we complained but did not do anything.

Great location - at the top of supermarket and metro station - very convenient - many foods and restaurants available in the area

The hotel is inside a mall, it was clean, spacious and smart hotel.The location was perfect its near the traj station, Mall and restaurants.

Overall very good service and very clean. Location slightly far from train station.

The staff at the front desk cannot speak English or even try to. Her face expression looked like do not want to talk to us. There were 2 little birds that were in the cage and covered by the cloth 24 hrs. I felt sad to see. They had never been allowed to see anything outside.

Good location, clean and staff was friendly

Bathroom and shower room can see through which was unexpected

The hotel was renovated a year ago. The room is clean and tidy without any odor. The pretty girl at the front desk is very nice. She greets us warmly every time she sees us coming back from outside. I was worried that my child would feel cold when sleeping at night, so the front desk immediately added a quilt. The extra quilt was not used, but the room was very warm. The cleaning lady was also very kind. The subway station is convenient for transportation. You can reach Qianmen Street in a few subway stops, and the Temple of Heaven in one subway stop. The surrounding supermarkets and restaurants are very close. I will stay in this hotel next time I go to Beijing.

There is a subway station downstairs, which makes it very convenient to go anywhere. There is a shopping mall next to it, which has a lot of food, including hot pot, stir-fried dishes, noodles, milk tea, and everything else. If you walk a little further, there is a breakfast shop where you can have breakfast at a very cheap price. The only thing is that the room is a little small, and it is not very convenient to hang clothes there, but everything else is very good.

The family room we stayed in was not very big but not too small. The suitcases could be spread out at the sink. The bathroom was separated into wet and dry areas. The hot water came out quickly. There was a shower, but the sewer was a bit blocked and there was water accumulation when taking a shower. The room had no heating. The bathroom was cold. The sewer had a bit of an offensive smell, but the ventilator could be turned on. The location was really good. There was a Domino's and a Little King's Tea House downstairs. There were all kinds of food and drinks. You could get to the subway station and take the elevator directly. Beijing Station, Beijing South Station, Tiananmen Square, Temple of Heaven, and Lama Temple were all very convenient. The bus stop was also at the door. There was hot water and a microwave at the front desk. The room was clean and the bedding was very clean. Overall, it was very cost-effective.
