櫃台對顧客講話很不禮貌，我訂的房間（給我2張小床）我要換成一張大床，櫃檯說我訂的這種等級#不能換大床，態度太藐視客人。
The receptionist was very rude when talking to customers. I wanted to change the room I booked into a large bed. The receptionist said that I could not change to a large bed for the level I booked. Just can arrange me two small beds,Their attitude was too contemptuous of the guests.

The light in this part of the room is not very bright. It may be the retro feeling. The desk lamp has no headlight. I took my children out to travel during the holidays and could not do homework.
