設施：酒店大堂看起來感覺剛開業沒多久 餐廳還在裝修 感覺很多設施還在待用中，包括一樓的洗手間還是要服務員幫刷房卡才能去用的。而且餐廳沒有投入使用，離店才看見擺出來什麼優惠折扣的招牌。旁邊等候區域的桌椅很新，但是有上一個人留下的垃圾，旁邊咖啡茶水擺在最裡麪背對沙發，還是空的壺，一切都好像做了但是又沒做。
衞生：衞生不錯 房間內更安靜。房務的阿姨很熱情，知道我愛喝咖啡還多給了兩包，水也是很大方的給我，沒有計較多一瓶少一瓶。本來説不用打掃臨走看見底墊有點臟就順手給我換了，很好的阿姨，眼裡有活，勤快又認真。
環境：還可以，周邊有外賣可以叫，有機器人送。但是離商場和奧體公園有點距離，叫車最近的，走路是遠的。晚上外邊不吵，可以好好睡覺。但是趕上5.1有結婚接親，一大早就開始在走廊叫喊，被吵的無法睡覺。而且就在我們外邊講話，倆大老爺們閑聊那種，素質真心不咋地！另外酒店外邊的衞生有點差 從大堂到門外樓梯找不到一個垃圾桶，門外全是土，而且角落也有垃圾。
服務：服務還是不錯，感覺有萬豪的一點點feel了。包括入住給了升級，退房主動詢問感受。從這個服務看到了人員還是經過統一嚴格培訓的。
