服務態度一般，早上去餐廳夠買了早餐券，家裡在醫院裏住院，早上打包送點飯過去，不讓自己打包，不讓進，我説你們看着我打包也行，起碼家裡人愛吃啥自己瞭解，現在啥年代了，誰還吃不起早餐，因為相對於外面的飯，感覺酒店還衞生一些，之前一直住如家，剛服務員餐票，人家衹是説不要浪費就行，病人能吃多少啊，我還會打一些回去偷着吃嗎，現在咱們中國人早過了那個吃不飯的年代了，不説吃啥有啥，而是想吃啥買啥，既然住的起賓館就能吃的飯

停車場是免費，但沒有位置。前台服務員也極其沒有耐心。酒店周圍環境臟亂差堵車極其嚴重屬於老破小地帶。住店的基本全是看病的。建議以後敬而遠之吧。

前台服務人員，態度很差。給女兒訂房間，晚上不到十點入住，準備替女兒拿行李上樓，但是前台説不帶身份證不行。解釋一下，有手機身份證照片，承諾衹是幫忙送行李衹有5分鐘。但是前台態度很冷漠，沒有身份證不行，根本沒有一個服務人員的素質。當時就爭吵起來，一個經理來了，啥也沒有多説，就説報警。整個事情，處理起來，就是沒有服務素質，冷漠。
