Location is good. The room was spacious. Would prefer a harder bed. There’s a mall beside the hotel hence there are some food options.

The good bits: the hotel has an excellent location, short walk to the magnificent Titanic Belfast museum, has its own small car park that was never full when we were there - but if full, plenty of nearby parking. Check-in was friendly, breakfast was OK-ish, but poor replenishment of the buffet items and the world's slowest toasters The big disappointment was the Premier Plus room. The 'ultimate' WiFi was slooooow and prone to disconnecting, and the WiFi access code only runs for 24 hours, so you have to trek to the front desk, find someone free (not easy) and get a new code every day. Why???? The room's temperature control was a total joke: the room temperature and the thermostat setting had no correlation, so room was too cold when sitting around and too warm when in bed. The room wasn't as clean as it should have been and the window didn't seal properly so external noise was very evident Having read about the refurb work in progress and thus only one lift (!) - which actually wasn't too much of a problem, perhaps the hotel wasn't too full - we expected some disruption. However in our case 'disruption' meant no hot water in our room after the first day (and we weren't the only ones affected). Reported the issue multiple times. Advice was "leave the tap running for 15 minutes". That didn't work...."and run the shower" (not an easy thing to do if you're fully clothed) and of course that didn't work either, or at best provided tepid water. The attitude of the staff was disappointing, no apology, no update on what might be the solution, no-one around who took responsibility, no fix, no offer of compensation other than 'report it on Premier Inn's web site' The final issue was the car parking. We tried several times to find out the exact way that we'd get a discount, staff weren't sure. Useful info: person on the desk gives you a replacement ticket (when they eventually find one) which gives a decent discount but allegedly must be used within 10 minutes Overall, a very disappointing experience. I've had better Premier Inn stays at half the cost

We had a lovely weekend in this hotel. We were advised of the renovation works in advance and had requested a room away from the noise and disruption which was arranged for us. We had a lovely spotless room and a super comfy bed on the 4th floor. Breakfast was very good and the staff arranged for me to have poached eggs each morning of our stay. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. This is a fantastic location to explore Belfast, such a nice location on the waterfront with a nice 10 minute walk over the bridge to the city centre. This is also an ideal location to visit the Titanic Museum which is a must on your visit. We plan to return again soon and would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Lovely, helpful, friendly staff. The hotel was central to where we needed. No hot water which meant I had to have a cold shower and we had an adjoining room which meant noise in the middle of the night. Would stay again (but would like hot water next time!).

I bought my 8year old nephew to Belfast to do the Titanic museum. I picked this hotel due to its location, however I would stay here even if I wasn’t going to the museum. Its location, on the water was lovely and only a 10 min walk into town.

We loved our experience at this hotel. Tho the man who was on reception who said he was the hotel manager spoke to you like you were beneath him. His name was Kris and was completely unhelpful in his job. We are still giving 5/5 as the rest of the staff made up for this and the rooms are to a high quality. There was a lot of selection for breakfast, Shona and Carlos were very friendly and both are a credit to the hotel. We hope to return in the future (I just hope there’s a different manager by then). There is also a lot to do in the area with the titanic museum just 5 minutes down the street and only a 15 minute walk into the city Centre

Staff were very friendly. The hotel has recently had a refurb and the rooms are looking amazing. Breakfast and dinner were both a relaxed experience and the food was top quality. We will be back in a few months to hopefully enjoy this experience all over again

Terrible experience. When we arrived, check in was chaotic to say the least, lots of people trying to complain about various issues and one staff member who sorry to say seemed clueless. We couldn’t use the lifts as one was out of use and the other one faulty, so we had to carry all the luggage up to the 5th floor. Finally at the room to find it hadn’t been cleaned fully. Went down to eat at 5pm to find the restaurant didn’t open until 6pm so went elsewhere. Came back around 10pm to massive queues in the bar and only one member of staff on. To top things off we were woken at 8am Saturday and Sunday to the noise of banging and drilling from the refurb works in the rooms below us, something we weren’t warned or informed of at the time of booking or before arrival. The hotel was definitely the low point of our weekend. We’ll certainly be returning to Belfast but definitely not to the Premier inn. Our opinion is AVOID.
