"Lovely hotel, very clean and modern apartment. Unfortunately we were located above the ventilation for the laundry/technical room so not a minute day or night that didn't sound like we were next to a factory! We were in room 515 and really this room and the rooms above and below should be blocked off. Not only the constant noise but various smells, some nice....washing, some not so great.....school dinners!
We did ask to move rooms immediately but only 2 rooms with small double beds were offered and we liked the large twin beds.
Would definitely stay again but only if we could guarantee to be away from the ventilation system.
The only other issue... we fancied eating dinner in the restaurant one evening. On arrival, we asked if there were vegetarian options as it's a buffet. The guy told us to go to the snack bar!
Overall a great place for a holiday, just not in room 515!"
"Everything is good, the only drawback is the lack of access to the beach. It is right in front of you, but you have to go through the main entrance to enter and exit~"
"Strange that there was no one there but it was all handled fine with no problems.
It has a barbecue area which has all the things you need to cook food: plates, cutlery, utensils. Corkscrew was appreciated!
The room was on the small side but perfectly fine for us. The garden and pool were nice and the sauna and jacuzzi pool a bonus."

"This is a 3 star hotel but should be 4 star. The rooms are clean, bathroom without any mould and a great shower. Beds comfortable
I would book again without any hesitation"
"It's a great experience. The room is an apartment-style room with a kitchen. The hotel has its own swimming pool. I especially like the public beach next to the hotel where you can pick up beautiful shells. Although it is a bit far from the city center, there is the M110 bus station downstairs. It takes about 50 minutes to get to the city, so you need to set aside enough time. It is definitely worth the trip."

Very Good
CCampanillaA very complete hotel, with indoor and outdoor pools, free spa, entertainment (very simple), the apartments are up-to-date with all the details, they are spacious, new and clean and you have a butler service via WhatsApp that works very well.
The staff very friendly.
There is free parking in the area without problems.
The location is close to the Santa Ana area and close to supermarkets and restaurants.
The hotel itself has a supermarket and restaurant that I did not visit.
The only thing I would change is that the arrival has to be after 4:00 p.m. and the departure before 10:00 a.m., so you lose a lot of time during your stay.
GGuest UserThe environment is very good, it is a four-star hotel
Hygienic: Hygiene is very clean, breakfast restaurant is great
Environment: There is a terrace bar on the roof, there is a soup pool, the scenery is very good
Service: Good service attitude, polite meeting, greetings, overall very good
XXinnanWent for a holiday and happy with the stay. The hotel is located in a nice area, with clean room and facilities. Plenty of space to relax during the day,
Local area is convenient, with Carrefour in walking distance and a lot of restaurants. Though the restaurants near the beach are overrated and I would not recommend. Food in the hotel was good, with great value and flexibility. I could just turn up for a dinner and pay at the entrance without any prior booking or notice. I liked it.
Parking was very easy - just navigate to the hotel and you will see the entrance at the front door of the hotel. There is no way you would miss it. It cost 10 EUR a day.
However, do prepare for the mosquitos as there are plenty. I had to buy repellent and sprays in Carrefour to deal with the issue. And we had to shut the balcony during the dawn and night and decided not to use the balcony. The hotel should provide the basic facility for the mosquitos repellent, such as an electric repellent heater.
GGuest UserI cannot rate it high or low. I did not take up my booking because the booking went wrong and hotel was unwilling to assist. So I went elsewhere.
Somehow while in the process of booking my dates, the system defaulted the dates, finalizing the booking as arriving on my required check-out date.
I needed to be in 17, 18 Feb, checking out 19 Feb... But it booked me only for the 19th. I didn't notice until it
was too late. I tried to change the dates, there by giving the hotel 2 nights instead of just 1, but they would not adjust the booking. They were unwilling to look beyond their cancellation/modification policy. I therefore took my business elsewhere. Their short sightedness and bad business acumen annoyed me.
GGuest UserThe lovely tall blonde lady is the star of the show here but actually all the staff do a great job. I would recommend people to stay there. It's also great value for money too. It's really close to the train station too. I'll visit again for sure!
AAnonymous UserVery helpful and friendly staff. Most professional. Beautiful gardens, lovely hotel clean and tidy. Modern with very enjoyable entertainment each evening. Most enjoyable stay that made a trip to remember with a perfect location. Nothing too much for the staff. Hairdresser on site and coffee shop too. A five minutes walk from the beach with 2 wonderful swimming pools on site.
本本地老虎The hotel is in the best location in Bernal Madena, close to the dining and sightseeing pier. The room was clean and comfortable, and the pier had many dining and bars. The hotel room and bathroom were good. The restaurant on the first floor had a rich breakfast and was a hotel worth staying in. The pier can take a cruise ship to see dolphins 🐬
Jjason1973A decent conference resort hotel. It is inconvenient to eat, drink and shop around the hotel without a car. The floor display of the elevator is a bit messy. The rooftop bar is nice when the weather is good.
EEsther Jimenez MarmeloThe perfect location close to everything and in front of the sea, the excellent service, the cleaning I have to highlight that in 2 days the room was not cleaned or the towels changed since there were 8 clean towels upon arrival, the facilities were great.
In general quality great price highly recommended
GGuest UserLocation very good. Room size ok. Cleanliness good.
It was a bit tired. Needs refurbishment. Could be a fantastic place.
Our patio door wouldn't lock which would have been a concern if we stayed longer than the one night we did stay. Shower head bracket useless.
