"so far service & room r good & acceptable. only public area no air-conditioned & is quite noisy in the afternoon when cleaning the other room & evening the bike noise. I nvr take photo, but can take photo reference from trip. com, my room same as photo, just missing standing light. "The FO staff is nice and friendly, work fast, and when i check in, the hotel is crowd, turn out this hotel was usually use for government gathering event. When i checkout i notice there are 2 school event on the same day celebrate graduation day. The hotel rate is good rate for planning events here. I also get good price deal through this apps. On weekend so many tourist stay here and they also provided shuttle bus on schedule. I like the welcome drink, it taste good. THE ROOM SIZE IS BIG and spacious even for superior type of room, on other hotel it might be deluxe size already. For Family, i guess this hotel is verry good to bring kids, because they got swimming pools for adults and kids. The communal toilet on first floor is clean, and they took fire hazard prevention verry seriously, because i notice some spot is well equipped with the fire extinguisher and big water hose. Even they got staff scheduled on board written not far from swimming pools access. They got billiard tables for guest to play and live music every night when i stay there. They got Pub/Club if want to spend time with friends. I like the room, because its soundproof, complete amneties, fast dry hair dryer and clean bathup. I wish i can put more photos than 20 picture. Near Golden Prawn Restaurant, walking distance. Even the security guard is polite and always smile. Verry good service. Its worth every penny to stay at this hotel. I really recommend to stay here. Dont get fooled by outside old looks, because inside interior is well maintain."

"Family Stay at ibis Styles Nagoya Batam My wife and I, along with our two daughters, had a wonderful stay at ibis Styles Nagoya Batam. The location is very convenient – everything we needed was nearby, which made getting around easy, especially with kids. The hotel itself has a modern and cozy setting, and we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. It was a smooth and pleasant experience for the whole family. Definitely a great choice for anyone visiting Batam with kids!"

"Lower your expectations. It is a budget hotel and don’t expect it as luxurious it can be. But things should at least working, e.g the shower head is tied with rubber band coz it broken. Floor is somehow clean except the underneath the bed, you’ll be surprised of its decade of dust, used condoms, pair of socks, and trash. Disgusting but you got no choice, you get what you pay for."

"We are newly married couple, so we have a short gateway from Singapore. We requested to have some special decorations on the bed and they did it, so lovely. They allow us to keep luggage before and after our check in timing. The receptionist is nice and friendly. Breakfast is order when you check in, given some choice and we choose American Breakfast, and surprisingly they have salad and dessert buffet as well. Food is quite okay. We book the spa (20% discount), they arrange us for couple room even we book different massage. Enjoyable spa time. The only bad things happen is the mosquitoes, as the lobby is open air space and when we waiting the registration and luggage storage, my husband get bitten more than 5 times. Thanks God we didn't open the door for long time, so nothing happened in our room. Location is near the Santorini, walking distance 7mins, got food near by there also."
