GGuest UserAn enjoyable stay, staff were all friendly, room was comfortable with nice garden view. Buffet breakfast is plentiful and tasty. Location is good, away from the noisy downtown area and close to some sights such as Wright Park and Mines View. Only negative is that the hotel was always very busy with people and they could be heard from the room at night

GGuest UserIt's our third time in this place and we were in a good room location for this visit. That gave us a very peaceful sleep during the night. And as always, cleanliness and friendliness of staff is present that is why we come back. Appreciate that we were allowed to check-in an hour earlier. Thank you!

AAnonymous UserWe had a rough booking process but in the end it was smoothen out. This was due to the typhoon that hit the country hard the day before. Trip was helpful in extending their service which as always is efficient. Our stay check in and our stay was nice. It was restful mostly but the first night. There was a bunch at the parking (room 451) who were loud even at wee hours. The lobby was nicely decorated with Christmas trees, figurines and there were dozens of lights. It was magical! The weather was terrific too. Upon checking there’s PhP3000 deposit which was returned to us upon our checkout. Our checkout process took us about 10 mins. We

BBai SatriaThe location was great for those who loved quiet and not crowded vibes. Affordable. Clean and spacious lobby and buffet area. Our room view was excellent The pool was small for a big hotel. Gym facilities were average. Some staffs and hotel personnel were not friendly. The exhaust fan in the bathroom needs repairing, too noisy. Over all 8/10.

AAnonymous UserWe stayed at Chalet Baguio during a recent trip and had a generally okay experience. The location is great—close to Burnham Park, Session Road, and other Baguio attractions. It’s convenient if you want to explore the city without spending too much time in transit. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and responsive. Check-in and check-out were quick, and the hotel had a welcoming vibe overall. However, I was disappointed with the buffet breakfast. The selection was quite limited, and the food quality didn’t meet expectations. It felt more like a quick fix rather than something to look forward to in the morning. Hopefully, the hotel can improve on this, as breakfast can really set the tone for the day. Also, parking space is limited, which can be a challenge during peak times.

GGuest UserThis hotel has some good points: 1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests. 2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area. 3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool. However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas: 1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience. 2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved. 3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted. 4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service. We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.

KKSD31We recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff who made our stay pleasant. The room was also clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom it was spotless, with no signs of prior use or any foul smells. However, the lack of an exhaust fan meant that any odors stayed trapped inside. Additionally, the room had no windows that could be opened for fresh air circulation. While there was an air conditioner, it still felt like the air wasn’t circulating well. Breakfast was just okay nothing special. The selection was quite limited, so you’re left with only what’s available. Compared to Elizabeth Hotel, which is more affordable and offers a more appetizing breakfast buffet with a wider variety, this was a bit of a letdown. As for amenities, the hotel offers a jacuzzi and a heated pool, which is great in theory. However, their location in the middle of a restaurant makes it awkward to use since you’ll likely have an audience while swimming. We also tried the Japanese restaurant on the mezzanine level. The food was good and affordable, but the sashimi was cut too thick about an inch which made it difficult to eat. Despite these minor inconveniences, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional cleanliness. If cleanliness is a top priority for you, this hotel is a great choice!

AAnonymous UserThere are a few points would like to bring up 1. The ceiling fan in the room is functional, However, the wind is totally not strong enough, so turning it on means not turning it on. 2. No YouTube/Netflix function on TV. Staying other hotels in Baguio which the said functions are available as well. But here no. 3. The hangers in wardrobe are so inconvenient, It can only be hung in the closet and cannot be taken away. Sometime want to hang clothes at the balcony but have no way. 4. Suggest to have USB socket ports at the bed side would be more convenient 5. Seems no individual button could control the light of baloncy. Seems the light is connected to some of the lights in room. 6. Front desk are friendly but can be more professional. Approached to the reception but no one acknowledged. We have to tell them ”check in” proactively 7. Prior arrival, sent the message to hotel for the room inquire, the first they replied, but afterwards, no replied from hotel anymore. 8. Breakfast not much selection. And many staffs at the counter 9. Shower water pressure not strong enough and hot water not hot enough. And no water refill after make up room service. Even so, base on the hotel location and the mountain view, will consider staying again in the future. Hope the management will review the comments and hopefully will see some improvements by then. Thank you!
