This resort was amazing! It was nice going to an all adult all inclusive resort that was not tied to another resort. The people were extremely friendly. Amazing service and outstanding food! Great beach and great pools! The resort itself was very beautiful, the nicest in the area. We will definitely be going back again!

Highly recommend this Resort, we stayed for one week, Feb 10 to Feb 17, we were here for our honeymoon in 2012, Resort is still the same, everything was top notch, especially the staff, I would double their salaries if I was in charge, properly is beautiful and well kept, rooms are huge, multiple dinning options, we are definitely coming back. Excellence Riviera Cancun "was true to its name" as this all-adult resort fully lives up to its name, meeting client’s expectations. We arrived at the airport and went to the resort located approximately 20 minutes away (note that we had made previous transportation arrangements with a local company), so location was fine. We spent a Sunday-to-Sunday vacation period during which we had the opportunity to experience:
• Availability of an app to use for checking daily activities and menus at the restaurants.
• Spacious and quiet bedroom, neatly cleaned and organized on a daily basis.
• Daily activities chosen at own leisure
• Beach accommodations that included wooden beach gazebos and chairs from which we watched sea birds/waves/clouds, read a book, sun bathed (also appreciated being under the shade).
• Several meandering pools, most of them with cool water temperature; there was one with a bit warmer temperature that made us feel comfortable and safe.
• Great entertainment: shows, singers, bands. ****** nights
• Amazing, helpful staff whose main objective is guest satisfaction so any vacationer can relax, have an stress-free stay. All employees we met (front desk, concierge, housekeeping staff, garden maintenance employee, kitchen and wait staff were truly authentic and friendly; a recognition to Alberto, the waiter at the Kitchen restaurant as well as Rocio, who kindly prepared great omelettes.

The hotel, the landscaping, pools, and the overall feel of the resort is amazing! The staff works so hard! They're generous and kind and made us feel very welcome. The food was mostly good, a little hit or miss. The restaurants are beautiful and the services great, but some serve better food than others. Overall though, a great place to go!

I had the pleasure of staying for 4 nights and the service was amazing. The food as great the entertainment was great and staff was A . I would definitely recommend or stay here again. The only thing I wish was that the pools or some of the pool was heated. Still get a 10/10
