這家酒店如果標價高於1200元人民幣一晚千萬不要訂，非常不值，整體設施包括服務簡直就是垃圾中的戰鬥機！二千多一晚的房價，但是包括酒店的設施在內的一切硬件都如此老舊，而且這麼貴的房價，房間居然沒有做到乾濕分離？早餐不僅品種少而且還超級難吃，是誰給它的勇氣讓它定價這麼貴的？而且還保持着自以為是的優越感？超級無語！而且酒店在攜程上的名字也不準確，攜程上的名字還音譯過來的，酒店真正的名字看我拍圖（圖一）。
也不要看酒店的照片，因為酒店的照片簡直就是照騙（實際照片看我拍的。），拍的看起來那麼現代，看着這價格感覺也還不錯，再加上行程的原因當時就訂了兩晚想享受一下酒店，但沒想到如此之差。它旁邊的衫乃井宙館（攜程上沒有這家酒店，我是之後在booking上看到的。），價格和它差不多，但是從酒店的大堂到服務人員的服務意識都相當現代和貼心，要不是這家酒店不給退了，我當天絕對會改訂這家衫乃井。
因為訂的時候酒店衹支持訂兩人入住的價格，但我衹有一人，因為我花的是兩個人的錢，我説那你贈我一個晚餐吧，被拒絕，最可氣的是酒店在得知我衹有一人入住的時候，第二天衹給了我一瓶免費的水，但我花的是兩人間的錢，按兩人間的標準給兩瓶水是會死嗎？真的太氣了！😡而且我當晚致電攜程，讓攜程幫我聯繫酒店説明情況，看能否給個優惠，也被拒絕。不過最後攜程作為道歉，返了我200元的現金，這個跟攜程沒關係，但是他們處理問題的應急能力體現了專業性，再看看這家酒店，什麼垃圾？最後氣不過，給酒店寫了一個超級差評甩給前台了（最後一張圖。）當然寫這段文字對我有些難，所以我是用翻譯軟件翻譯後抄上去的，但是他們應該也能看明白。雖然我也知道給日本酒店寫這個也沒什麼用，但是也要表明我的態度！真的太差了！超級差！👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

2泊しましたが、2泊ともに少しずつ料理も違い満足いく食事でした。 朝食は少し寂し感じがしましたが、美味しくいただきました。 朝食後にロビーでのデザート。種類は多くはないですが、部屋に持ち帰りができる工夫など、温かさが伝わります。 お風呂も綺麗でしたが、私はできればクイックルワイパーを置いてあるといいかな。 露天風呂の脱衣室のエアコンがリモコン見つからず、出た後めちゃくちゃ汗かきました。 従業員の方も皆様とても親切で頑張っておられました。

아주 가성비좋은 료칸입니다 프라이빗 욕탕사용이 인상적이며 조용합니다 직원들 서비스가 아주 친절합니다 다만 하카타공항에 오후 늦게 도착할 경우 버스로 이동하면 벳푸역 동편에서 호텔 숙소 셔틀을 놓치게 되어 있습니다 오후 6시가 마지막 셔틀이니 참고하시고 이럴경우 택시를 타면 15000원 정도 나옵니다 주변에 편의점이 없습니다 전반적으로 가족이 편하게 온천을 즐기실꺼면 강추입니다
