I’m so glad that this hotel had a renewal earlier this year. It looks very new and clean now. It also has a fantastic location — only a 3-minute walk from Beppu Station and it is surrounded by numerous shops and restaurants. The huge Beppu Don Quijote is only 10 minutes away by foot. Luggage can also be stored at the cloak room for free before check-in. The onsen and sauna was very clean too! I had a really comfortable stay at this hotel.

The hotel originally said it had parking spaces, but it provided three parking lots. The two closest ones were full, and the other one was too far away from the hotel. As a result, we drove a long way to find a parking space, and then walked a long way back. Friends who drive must not choose this hotel, right? The 3-person room we booked has old facilities, the hot spring is very small, and the front desk service is average. I will definitely not book this room again! !

The hotel services and facilities are acceptable, but there is no bottled water provided in the room, or even sold in the entire hotel. It is very inconvenient to go to convenience stores outside to buy it.

The second hotel I stayed at was between the shopping mall and Beppu Station, so it was easy to travel around. I stayed again this time It’s nice to have a large hot spring bath too. I want to stay again next time.

Me and my wife stayed here for a night on our our 9 days Kyushu tour The hotel breakfast on the 10th floor provides a good view of the surrounding. As usual, rooms in Japan are small The beds are not comfortable for couples to sleep in Even places for putting our 2 luggage are limited. As we drove down from Fukuoka upon arrival and with sightseeing on the way, we did not sleep well even though we were tired. Other than the small room and uncomfortable bed, we have no comment/complains about it. Suggest you get a twin bed room for couple.
