It should have facilities in the room such as tea and coffee. Air grille has so many dust. Bathroom items lack off such as cotton bud , shower cap, cotton pad.

下午茶，酒店服務，晚上的免費布丁，還有他們的温泉室內外非常豐富！應該至少住兩晚。酒店是別府NO1，老牌，日本對老牌的那種細節執念。還獲得過米其林。退房時看到在一塊在角落的牌子。最後，別府站下來就坐公交車，白菊站下車 就在酒店門口。

一泊二食，雖然有點貴，但是服務真是好，主管親自帶入房間講解酒店服務，還有金髮白膚美女翻成英文。特別是樓下兩個不同風格的湯，早晚男女互換，泡完還可以去對面的corner 自助吃冷飲，喝小酒，品茶和咖啡。晚上九點後大堂還有免費布丁🍮，真是開心

從別府JR站走到白菊酒店，大概需要六七分鐘，但是一段上坡路。酒店服務員都很熱情、雖然大部分服務員不太會説英語，但連筆帶劃、加上翻譯器幫忙，基本可以溝通，晚餐是自己房間裏用的，懷石料理，量很足，吃到撐。早餐在12樓，看得到海景，是日式自助、也有簡單的西式的早餐，很豐盛了，人也不多

這是一次愉快之旅，白菊合了我們的心意，安排了園景房，服務非常人性化。房間很舒服，設施都很方便，智能馬桶非常好用，温泉堪稱一流，大廳裏有各種茶、冰水檸檬水和咖啡24小時提供，晚餐非常有檔次，營養豐富搭配合理，服務員熱情有禮貌。早餐品種也很豐盛。不足之處是領位員一個一個往裡麪領，速度有點慢，等待時間比較長。總之我們非常喜歡白菊，已經住過多次了。

店是陳舊些，但酒店位置、酒店的服務那是相當不錯的。值得推薦給朋友來入住。離別府站10分鐘路程，去海地獄的5、7、41路和去由布院的36路車的公交站就在門口👍

連續住了兩晚，除了距離八大地獄景區所在的鐵輪區域稍遠之外（打車單程約二千日元），幾乎挑不出什麼缺點。當然，兩天住下來，還是覺得住在白菊這邊更清靜、舒適一些。
距離別府站和站前商業街區步行十餘分鐘，酒店設施精良，温泉中規中矩，更衣區潔凈有檔次。自助早餐製作精緻令人驚艷，日式和西式菜品甜點樣樣都好。晚餐雖兩天刻意更換了菜單，但菜品相對就簡單多了，菜量也少，多少顯得誠意不足。
大堂服務非常好，每天入住和退房時間服務生們都齊聚大門口迎來送往，送上笑臉和祝福。日式客房乾淨整潔，空間合理，部分房間能看到綠樹掩映的別府公園。
