This 3 story little hotel is in old town centre on the river. Rooms are very pleasant, most with multiple big windows, over the town centre and the picturesque opposite hill views. Good size bathroom, comfortable bed, beautiful lighting, small fridge, free bottle waters. The hotel manager Jimmy is a hard working, warm, easy go lucky guy. Nothing is too difficult for him. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful served down stairs next to the bar. Great value 👍

The location was perfect. The staff was bery friendly,polite and warm welcoming. Food 10/10 Room 10/10 Cleanliness 10/10 Staff 10/10 I really enjoyed spending the night there. The staff even offered their traditional drink, rakia. I recommend it.

A nice surprise in Berat .Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms equipped with all the comforts of superior category hotels. Furnished with sobriety and in our case with an excellent view of the beautiful village of Berat. Fantastic staff for kindness and availability

I will start by talking about Jimmy (probably pronounced differently in Abanian) who has made our stay exceptional. He was so helpful, sharing useful tips to get around, very hospitable, he constantly offered us tea and even a warm turkey meal on Chris**as Day, all on the house. We loved m chatting to him and enjoyed his company. Our stay in Berat was memorable because of him. The hotel itself has a great location m that overseas the Osum river and the east side of the beautiful Ottoman houses of Berat. It is minutes walk from all attractions, restaurants and local bazaars. The hotel has a nice restaurant that offered us big portions for breakfast. The staff was keen on making our stay convenient. Our room had a beautiful balcony and was well equipped. The traditional style was definitely a plus. I would definitely go back :)
