wether for Business or Pleasure this hotel is FIRST CLASS ALL THE WAY. my first impression when i saw it on Hotels.com was right on the money. when i arrived i was happy to see such a nice modern, very clean, Hotel. front desk staff was very polite and the restaurant was excellent. i was treated very nice by the entire staff Especially Deddy. my room was very clean, AC was great, Bathroom was good. every time i turned around there was someone cleaning something, even the outside button for the elevators.. the floors are spotless, elevator immaculate. one of cleanest hotel i have ever stayed in. when i return to Berau this will certainly be the place i will stay.

They have a good service with the shuttle and the reception is wonderful and quick. The rooms are ok, you can here the other rooms coughing and spitting. The restaurant is fine for indo food. I liked mine and it was a good portion. Breakfast wasn’t so good. The decor let’s you believe they are a coffee shop, but they are not. Coffee was terrible and most food items are cold.nobody lets you know if they will make you hot food or not. My room didn’t have soap, there is a corona virus pandemic and no soap, I asked for soap and I got no soap. People coughing at the toast area, grabbing things with hands they coughed into. I know it’s not the hotels fault for their disgusting guests but it just added to my frustration

Maratua Island is a diving paradise rarely visited by tourists, but it is a pity that it is not well publicized. and four kings. I didn't expect everything to be unexpectedly beautiful. The hotel service is as attentive and friendly as in Southeast Asian countries, and the rooms are better than Larger facilities and complete facilities. The scenery of the entire resort is so beautiful. It may not be luxurious but It is clean and comfortable, and compared to the few hotels on the island, it should be considered affordable. Very affordable. It’s just that the island is really short of supplies and there is no decent supermarket. There is no market or hotel in the city, so all needs can only be solved in the hotel. After we arrived, all meals were included in the hotel. Speaking of diving, the hotel is equipped with a very professional diving package, so there is no need for it at all. Worries are taken care of, and service is attentive. Every dive site is a hundred steps away, haha Ha ha ha ha Let’s talk about the fees. All the fees are very detailed, the list is clear, and the prices are very affordable. The Philippines is a bit expensive but worth it. A wonderful 12-night diving trip is over. This is my first time booking a room for everyone. It was such a relief to plan a dive trip, thank you.

The coral ecology below the hotel is very good, and it is one of the famous snorkeling spots on the entire island. Although the time on the island is not long, it leaves precious and beautiful memories.
