The view was amazing and the service was fantastic. The room was also very spacious. I’d definitely visit again.

Rooms are spacious and clean. However heating is loud. Great view of San Francisco and Golden Gate. Staff are attentive. The hotel generally could need some facelift. Furthermore, the breakfast room was chilly every day so that I started wearing as many layers as possible. Coffee was disappointing, but breakfast omeletts were great. So was the tuna tartar by night.

I used to stay at this hotel multiple times in the course of visiting family in the area. Parking was free, the hotel was well kept, and the free chocolate chip cookies were delicious. No more. The hotel installed a gate to the parking area, made no other visible changes, and now charges $40 per car per night. This is not downtown LA, this is a hotel located out in an open area away from crowded areas, with just a couple of adjacent commercial buildings nearby. There seems to be no reason to charge THIS LEVEL of overnight parking except to transfer funds from you to them. But more than that, the hotel has gotten noticeably shabbier. Dings and scuffs in hotel hallways not repaired, duct tape used as a "fix" for torn and worn hallway carpeting, and even the cookies aren't as good. I will stay somewhere else next time.

The hotel is old, and the rooms are a bit dated, but the hotel and surroundings are beautiful. It's located on a separate island, making it a perfect place to live. The restaurant is also beautiful. Just outside the harbor, there are many yachts docked, which is spectacular! There's also a delicious and stylish seaside Western restaurant on the island that you must try!

The location is excellent, right at the Berkeley Pier, the front desk service is good, the sanitation is clean and tidy, and the cleaning sister has a good service attitude. Can communicate in Cantonese in San Francisco, very satisfactory resort hotel

This hotel really exceeded my expectations! Very beautiful! The room was also very big! It was by the harbor, with boats and trees, and the breakfast in the boathouse was also very beautiful! There was also an outdoor fire place

Safe location is a plus. Resort-like feel. Breakfast is available from the $22 menu when purchased.

It's suddenly quiet here, not as noisy as the city... It's next to the port, and it's peaceful when the sun goes down.

The hotel is in a good location, similar to a resort, and relatively quiet. The hotel facilities are relatively old, but this is normal in the United States.
