Stayed here for 4 nights and had a room overlooking the Berlin Wall which was really nice. Room was spotless and cleaned every day and had everything you needed for a stay. Breakfast was really good with a wide selection on the buffet. Location was great with a bus stop right outside taking you to central Berlin and also the train station at Ostbahnhof which wasn't a far walk anyway, maybe 10 minutes. Mercedesplatz was just behind the hotel too which was really good and had a wide range of places to eat and drink and always a great atmosphere. wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when in Berlin.

Location: you have two train stations near, Ostbanhof is the next one so you will get from the airport in about 25 minutes, they also have a bus station about 50 m away from the hotel entrance, There is a shopping mall, 40 m away and many restaurants in Kreuzberg 5-10 minutes walking, this may include Watergate club. Tresor and Berghain are less than 25 minutes walking or 15 in public transport. The room was very clean and confortable, WiFi works properly and the staff always receive you with a smile. Breakfast is well served, with many options, I was surprised that the chef supervised everyday how it was going. They also have parking lot.

Hôtel plutôt bien placé, à proximité du métro. La personne a la réception était très gentille et arrangeante, elle a accepté que nous partions avant l’heure de départ minimum. La chambre était grande et plutôt confortable. Malheureusement, nous avons trouvé que cette dernière ne correspondait pas totalement à ce que nous avions vu sur les photos, elle avait l’air moins moderne et moins cosy. Le rideau sur la fenêtre était aussi légèrement trop petit par conséquent il y avait un peu trop de lumière la nuit. Nous n’avions également pas la possibilité de mettre un panneau à l’extérieur pour que personne ne vienne faire la chambre. Un peu cher pour ce que c’est.

I have to say that the staff here are really great. If you have nothing to do at night, go to the bar for a few drinks, and you will definitely meet good friends! The overall environment is good, the quadruple room has enough space and privacy, and the transportation is quite convenient. I highly recommend it. The hotel is new and has stylish decorations. The service was amazing, especially the staff at breakfast who would come and check if I need anything. I had a very comfortable stay for two days in the hotel - soft bed, clean and nicely smell room, spacious and well equipped. The bus stop is just outside of the hotel which takes you to major stations. Will definitely stay again.

Stayed here 3 nights and was ve try pleased with the place after being concerned from the reviews. The section we stayed in was recently renovated and very clean, fresh and quiet!! Rooms had wireless and usb charging right over the bed which was my fav bit! Very well done Klassik Reception staff were very helpful. Didn’t like the €5 deposit for extra room Key but it’s not a big deal. Berlin is a lot of cash places and wasn’t prepared for it is all.
