С точки зрения дизайна - это хороший красивый отель. Удобный матрас, меню подушек, фен, банные принадлежности… но!! Кофе машина в моем но ере не работала, полное отсутствие шумоизоляции. Было ощущение что я спала на улице среди толп гуляющей молодежи (а отель находится непосредственно в квартале casco viejo). Вешалка для верхней одежды располагается прямо над чайником и кофемашиной. То есть чайник надо кипятить так, чтобы пар не попадал на плащ…? Крайне опасные ватные палочки. Я пришла при check-out к администратору и показала как одним движением можно проколоть себе нечаянно барабанную перепонку. А ценник за ночь совсем не маленький. У меня нет желания рекомендовать этот отель для комфортного проживания и знакомства с Бильбао. Увы
