First of all, the biggest advantage of hotels in this area is their good accessibility. They are close to National Rail and National Express stations, so it is easy to travel to London or other cities immediately after arriving.
And this James Bond hotel is clean. The Plaza Hotel next door has some smelly rooms, but this hotel is clean and has no smell. I recommend it.
There is also a bar in the basement so you can enjoy it.

Was a nice and comfortable bed to sleep on and the woamn that welcomed me in was really lovely i have stayed her 3 times now oth the past month and i can not complain about anything at all

We stayed in here for weekend with few couples with kids the place needs shut down. Absolutely disgusting the doors have never been cleaned thicknif grime. Light switches have never seen a damp cloth. Flies allniger the place mice droppjng on bathroom amd toilets floors. Big holes in ceilings tv didn't work never once heard it being hoovered or cleaned.showers you felt more dirty after being in them as you share with other guests and never once for cleaned by staff in the 3 days we stayed there. Management never introduced them self's staff were not very welcoming to busy drinking in bar

I have just spent a few nights here and can't complain.. Yes the decor is dated but I wanted somewhere clean with a comfortable bed and that is exactly what I got. The owner was very welcoming and it's just a short walk to the beach and attractions. Great value for money. Will be back.

Absolutely filthy dusty everywhere carpets filthy no remote for TV loose plug for kettle commumal toilet next door pool of water on floor which was used various times of night which disturbed or sleep only good thing is clean sheets n comfortable bed but it needs closing and complete refurbishment and updating Until then avoid like the plague

You'll not find a finer hotel in the UK than "The Nashy". Took our Newcastle-based Sunday League team down for a spot of "pre-season training" and we had a blast. Cheap as chips and within staggering distance of a banging kebab house, if a could I'd be awarding it 6 stars out of 5. Praying the Toon get Blackpool away in one of the cups because I'll be straight back down. Within 10 minutes of being there, I accidentally locked myself out of my room in just a towel. Not to worry, any of the doors just need a little shove and they open ha ha. So maybe keep your stealables in your car. The bar in the basement is like nothing I've ever experienced before. Probably best not to take your missus and kids, although incredibly some people did when we were there.

Absolutely filthy , and dangerous especially if you have children, we didn't even take our bags inside as it looked dirty from outside, so we checked in without bags spent not even a minute in the room and left costing us more money for somewhere else , and trying to get a refund is like tring to get blood out of a stone , AVOID AVOID AVOID

Absolutely disgusting, dirty carpets, dirty bedsheets, noisy beds, smelly room, one toilet for whole floor, no hand wash basin in toilet it was in room, one shower room in hotel. Have seen staff twice one handing over room keys and other is when checked out, drunk staff, check out timing on website was different to mentioned in hotel room and they charge money if you check out as per website timing, can take food or fizzy drinks in room they charge £30 for it, Don’t mess up holiday by booking this hotel, worst hotel experience of my life

Check-in was supposed to be at 2 pm. had to wait until 3.45pm for our room to be done... no toilet in rooms and shower in other room was very cold always smelt like cigarettes in tbe building floors not very clean
