Welcoming entry and checkin by staff. Lovely off road setting with easy access to the highway and several places to eat nearby.

We have pets. I feel that we were given the shabbiness of rooms because of this. There were holes in the carpet in various areas and the carpet was all torn away from the front door and bathroom door. The tile in the bathroom already had hair on it when we arrived. Both bed skirts were torn and hanging on the floor. Out pets are not destructive and we brought our dogs crate when we were out of the room

Very clean. One elevator was out of order and the other probably should have been. Only one ice machine on first floor. Beds were hard. Breakfast bagels were old, coffee was cold.

The front desk lady was super friendly. The hotel was clean, my only complaint was that the carpets in our room was very stained, I feel that they should try cleaning them. Other than that clean and comfy b ds
