We have stayed here several times and always try to make it part of a trip to Europe. We are out and about during the day but always enjoy the evening on the balcony with such great views. Get a balcony if you can! Tomaz made us feel at home as usual. The spa staff is great as we often get a massage and use the sauna area. Breakfast has a great selection and service. The front desk was always available to answer any questions we had. Our room was always serviced perfectly. Thanks we will be back. Joseph W

Lake Bled and Hotel Park are inseparable for my family. We have been going there for about 15 years. The hotel is located in the best place in Bled. It is excellent, especially after the renovation in 2020. The rooms are spacious, with a very practical, expertly designed interior. The pool and spa are very good. Everything is clean and well maintained. They will find you a parking space even when it is crowded. People with disabilities will have no problem. The food is excellent, the restaurant is spacious. Best of all are the employees, who do their best to make you feel relaxed and comfortable. We are going there next year as well. And next...

You just want to sit in the lobby for hours. Congratulations to the decorator of this gorgeous hotel, and also to the staff. We arrived in the evening, had a drink at the bar and a sandwich & fries in that beautiful setting. My friend asked if they had soup. They didn’t but the chef went out of his way to make a spinach lime soup that was excellent. Now that’s service! I can’t imagine a server going in the kitchen and making that happen. The servers were all so friendly. The breakfast buffet in the jungle had plenty of tasty choices and eating among all those fluffy trees with animals in them was such fun. Room was comfy, location great, view fantastic. When in Bled make sure you check out this hotel.

WOW! 5* service, delicious food, great value. We came as a group of 20 friends and the restaurant seated us without hassle. The waiter was amazing, so attentive and drinks arrived immediately! Food was fresh and tasty. Restaurant was happy to seat us out the way so that we could have some fun and not disrupt other guests!

This is the most cost-effective hotel in our trip to the Greater Balkans. The location is excellent, you can take pictures of Blair Castle under the sunset. The balcony can also dry clothes. The room space is 18 square meters on the Internet, but the actual utilization rate is very high and I don't feel small. Bedding and bath towels are very new. The room seems to be newly renovated. The breakfast is also quite rich, not worse than a five-star hotel. The hotel is very angry and there is a fruit plate in the lobby for guests to pick up. Good size apartment with everything we needed for our short stay. Tourist information across the street as well as a stop for the tourist bus which takes you up to the castle for a Euro. There are also 2 nice supermarkets across the street, a Mercator and a Spar. There is a very nice, although small and busy, laundromat in Bled up the hill from the bus station. It was nice having a fridge in the room. Bed was very comfortable and with the window closed there was no traffic noise. A very pleasant stay with friendly staff.

We have just spent two lovely nights at Penzion Kaps that exceeded our expectations. Despite arriving much earlier than expected we received a very warm welcome from Peter who went to a lot of trouble to tell us about things to do in and around Bled. Our room was quiet, comfortable and had a lovely view of the surrounding gardens and hills from the balcony. Sitting there after a tiring train journey was a great way to prepare for touring the lake and hills. The choices at breakfast could not have been better, with every taste catered for. All in all, this was a perfect end to our stay in Slovenia. We would not hesitate to recommend stating here.

The room was actually a really good size, plugs on both sides of the bed, a balcony, also a good-sized bathroom. There was nothing special about the hotel in general, but it was fine. The location was okay and there was on-site parking. The bed was on the firm side and not super comfortable. There was a desk, tv, and plugs on both sides of the bed. We didn't use any amenities (mostly located at a ”sister” property next door - but we did grab a drink at the other property and it looked REALLY nice). It was clean and fine for a night. I think if we were to go back, we'd probably choose somewhere else even if we had to pay a little more. The air conditioning didn't work very well. I know summer is always hotter than it used to be these days, but it was very uncomfortable temperature-wise. I We tried opening the windows at night, but that didn't help either.
