"The room is not big. The location is good. Haikou is right outside. There are parks and beaches nearby. The hygiene is good. The service is also good. The soundproofing in the room is a bit thin. "The service was excellent. When I needed help with the TV it was given at once and everything explained and demonstrated.
The room was excellent, well presented, clean and with appropriate appliances. The bed was great. The toilet and shower facilities were clean, well appointed and functioned perfectly.
The one thing I would recommend is a hand rail by the toilet to assist people like me with arthritis to get on and off the toilet easily and safely. Another is instructions on the use of the TV remote control.
The staff I dealt with were polite, friendly and very helpful when that was needed."
