This hotel was beautiful. The staff were very friendly, check in was very quick and the rooms were amazing. Never disappointed with Embassy Suites!

Bar tender  was slow and not attentive at all. Housekeeping was terrible. Walked right in our room without even knocking. Could not speak very good English at all. had to go down to the front desk to get a do not disturb sign

The room facilities need a remodel, if they look a little neglected, although the room looked freshly painted, the furniture, doors do look old and neglected. The breakfast was very good, like all Embassy Suites, the lobby area does look remodeled.

Clean and sanitary, very satisfied

The room is big, and the hotel agrees to a late check-out because of the need to use the Internet. Thanks to Ctrip's customer service for the assistance, it is very warm.
