Top 5-Star Hotels in Bodrum

Nice hotel and staff. Wonderful breakfast in the restaurant with breathtaking view. Pool outside was very cold in the beginning of November. Room was clean and nice. We love this wonderful castle very much. One thing that made us sad- We leave hotel 6 am and ask for lunch box with breakfast. The staff on the front desk said that in the morning everything will be ready, however nobody prepare it for us( and just collect in a hurry couple hard croissants(((

After reading the comments we were very concerned. However we had a brilliant time! Room was spacious, clean, room service every day with fresh towels etc! On the odd occasion we had to request more toilet roll but this was always provided! Air con worked well and we were greatful of a cool room as weather was amazing! Staff we never had any problems, and big shout out to Eles in the downstairs lobby he was fantastic and let him create a drink for u as they are always delish, also polak from the pool bar he was great! With the staff they treat people how they are treated if u try to be familiar and say thank you in Turkish they appreciate this and treat them with the respect they deserve and u will have no problems! Pool was always clean! And plenty of sun beds around. At night we never saw anyone drinking/smoking around the pool! Food was always plentiful and tasty and something for everyone, I’m a picky eater and managed a good meal every-time. I saw one fly the whole time I was there, and I’m not sure how the hotel could be blamed for this! However make sure somebody sits at ur time outside in the eating area as there are birds around! There are a few evenings where there is entertainment in the eating area and this is nice! We were aware there was no entertainment so was no bothered by this. However they do play music around the slide pool! There are cats around but they are very friendly and appreciate a snack if u can give one! Med the rep was fabulous and we had a great boat trip and he gave us lots of other information about the area and was always on hand if we had questions! Overall I will be returning and again your holiday is what you make it! No this is a 5* resort but I am yet to go abroad and get a 5* like in England! So go and have a fabulous time!! If you want a good cocktail go behind the hotel to bodrum legends they are brilliant and they play sports and have pool and darts for free!

Welcoming staff arrived in the evening and staff were very friendly and had allocated us a good room with a slight sea view. The rooms are quite far so please contact book if you have mobility issues as there are quite a lot of stairs too and was quite dangerous when it rained one day! Food was good with a large variety. The late night entertainment can go on till late so avoid rooms facing the pool as guests could get loud. The rooms need upgrading and we were dissatisfied with the bathroom so asked for a change however this was not possible as it was fully booked. Otherwise the room were clean and suitable. The beach isn’t the best but you can walk through the next hotel and catch the boat to the marina area Would not say it’s a 4/5* luxury hotel but the hotel does have amazing views and it’s okay if your looking for affordable place which is near the centre.

All staff are very caring and make you feel valued. There are lots of greenery, palm and pomegranate trees inside. It adds a different atmosphere to the hotel. I also liked the decoration of the hotel. Breakfast was also good. Recommended for price/performance.

Great place to stay, rooms spacious, and service great. The staff go out of their way to assist even when their is the language barrier. Would like to point out three of the staff, namely. Ramazan Hakan Yusuf for their outstanding work ethics, friendliness. They all made our time here very special and whent over and above their functions to make us feel at home with them. Thank you one and all for this amazing experience as this was our first trip to your wonderful country. Will definitely tell our friends in South Africa about our amazing and wonderful holiday at this resort.

We stayed in a 4 bedroom villa for a week while our house in Bodrum was undergoing maintenance. What a great choice it turned out to be. The villa was amazing. It was kept immaculately clean throughout the week. The beach and most restaurants were closed but we got to try out the spa which was wonderful. The hotel is very close to Bodrum center so it was easy to commute to all the restaurants that were open in winter. We will return in summer to take full advantage of this great hotel.

I was very satisfied with the hotel.Location is good ( near Myndos Gate) .There is no “Sea View” but all the remarkable places are still in a walking distance! Food in restaurant is delicious and a little bit more expensive than in Bodrum common places!Service is good as well .A huge advantage of the hotel : Free of charge - SPA zone . Everything is included except massage & relax programs ! The only one minus which was observed in case if it was 5- star hotel the rooms were not spacious enough !!! Relation between price & quality of the hotel is reasonable ! I would definitely recommend it !

A great hotel well positioned far enough from Bodrum to be able to enjoy a bit of peace and quite, but near enough to be on the marine promenade by foot in 10 minutes, alternatively by water taxi right into town. Very helpful staff, day and night, they made us feel spoilt and special, although there are sometimes language barriers, but with a mobile translating app this shouldnt be a problem. However, the internet connection seems to be a problem, with the signal often going away, also the logging into the hotel wifi is terrible, having to log in with room number and birth date when you do get thrown out of the net. I hope that they get a better solution for that, the sooner the better. We were there at the end of the season, so there weren't many guests there any more. I love the fitness centre and went there every day, as well as for a swim in the sea, which has perfectly clear water without any waste or algae at all. Next time we visit Bodrum, we definately will stay there again.

The service was fantastic! Staff were very attentive and were always willing to help. The views from the rooftop bar were amazing. Food was good but, like most all-inclusive hotels, became repetitive. However, between the snack bar, main restaurant and dessert stands there was always something to eat! The baclava with ice cream was a personal favourite. The hotel and room was very clean, with the staff constantly tidying. Pay a visit to the spa for a massage- you won’t regret it. It would have been better if there were more entertainment facilities on-site.
