The drinks are even worst Not very hygienic place, there was only once staff at the Hotel the rest were extremely rude and would laugh at you and make up uncomfortable for ordering a drink. There were also a lot of horrible hotel guests at this hotel. The people in general in the area are very unfriendly. When we went on excursions our guide informed us this is the worst hotel in the area…. The carpet were stained and smelled bad, I really don’t know who this is a 5 star . They don’t inform you before hand that off peak season there are no entertainment, all the shops hairdresser and restaurants in the hotel are closed The spa was very nice but you have to pay extra. Location is also very bad, to go into town it takes 40 mins, the taxi costs your €40-50 euros EACH WAY A horrible hotel and won’t be going again or recommend this to anymore. AVOID AT ALL COST. Booked a hotel for 4 days while in Istanbul. Upon arrival at 6 pm, with a huge smile, I was given a room on the 1st floor with a wildly humming oversized air conditioner at the level of the balcony. Just a nightmare. With my polite refusal, they showed me another room, in another place, also on the 1st floor. Also without a view, which I personally do not need. But what a musty, vile smell it was in it .. Again, he refused. The third room was both smelly and with the same air conditioning, 2 in 1. The reception is trying to explain that the hotel is completely full, it's a real overbooking. I'm angry. I had to spend the night in a room at least without noise, writing to Trip.com. The next day I received a more or less acceptable room, albeit without a view, thanks to the support. Hotel food 4+. You won't leave hungry, but the choice is not like the cool five. The waiters are polite, some of the countries of the former CIS, mostly friendly. They also make guzleme in the morning, in the evening they roast meat on the street, well, nothing like that. The pools are ok, the sunbeds by the pool and on the beach are also good. I won’t say about children’s animation, there is volleyball, animation by the pool is rather weak, but few people need it and it’s not so important. There is ice cream, but it is very unobtrusive, it is difficult to find it, not in sight, and the ice cream man 15 minutes before the “lights out” can lie that it is over. The gym is average, but you can keep fit who knows the features of multifunctional simulators. Outside the gate, there is nowhere to go but the bazaar. Bazaar .. the taste and color .., everything is as usual - consumer goods of Turkish production. Go 1 time for 20 min. As a result, a hotel with insufficient efficiency of the air conditioning system and a very simple design of the rooms. Very tired. If it's cheap, you can play the lottery. If there is something with a good rating 10-15% more expensive, then there is a reason to consider something else.

Prior to coming here I’d read lots of reviews and I’d say 95% were super positive. The photos are the same, and so I had high expectations. Firstly we flew with SunExpress (let me preempt that my mother inlaw very kindly organised everything for us as it was my husband and I and my inlaws). Never fly with Sun Express. The whole experience was awful, poor customer service and very old aircraft (my husband’s seat was literally in half and very uncomfortable) the staff didn’t care about this. Moving on to the hotel. It was absolutely beautiful, very clean, kept looking nice and the staff were really friendly and helpful. We upgraded our room right away before we’d even seen the room we were going to get. We upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi (sorry I can’t remember the proper name of it but I’m sure you would have seen the pictures online if you have been looking at possibly booking this hotel). The room was 10/10. Being from the UK though the only down side was that none of the TV channels were in English except sky news, the rest were in German or Turkish. The WiFi was BRILLIANT ! If you don’t like animals- pls don’t waste your time and book this hotel because they are on the grounds and come inside, not a problem for us as we love animals and really appreciated how well they were treated and cared for. The food - I feel was mainly aimed towards the German and Russian guests, I personally struggled to find something I enjoyed but that’s just me. My husband loved the food every night and never struggled like I did. We had room service once and it was delicious and very reasonable. We visited the A’laCarte once for my mother in law’s birthday and they could not have been more helpful- it was the best night and she really was made to feel special. The alcohol was great- all branded and decent measures! Makbule (I think that’s spelt wrong) a waitress here literally made our night every night. Keen to engage and make sure we had everything we needed! Also Eve (spelt differently also) she was incredibly sweet and kind and helpful, genuinely as well. It’s obviously an adult only hotel but the sister hotel next door is for kids. I read that some people complained about the noise late at night but it really wasn’t a problem at all and I’m 45. The little cake shop/cafe was so lovely! They also have ice cream during the day which was extremely delicious especially in the heat. Swimming pool was so great! Really large and a good temperature. There were plenty of sunbeds, there was a sign to say not to reserve them but people still did. We ventured into Belek town and it wasn’t as affluent as I was told. All the shop owners are on you instantly. We went to Restaurant Deniz and it was amazing, the staff were exceptional and the steak was delicious. We had steaks, 2 bottles of wine some starter’s and sheesha’s all for €100. If you have wine, make sure to check the price before buying it- we saw some people who were confused about the lira/euro di

Visited this hotel October 2023 with a family, what a great experience. From the moment you enter the front door, you are looked after. Smooth check in, got an upgrade to a Deluxe building, which is a newer addition to the hotel. The family room was a little small, but as you don't spend time in the room, it didn't create any issues at all. The staff is exceptional, the service is brilliant. I would like to say a special thank you to Oğuz at the bar by the main pool, this barman deserves a medal! Friendly, helpful, always with a smile and I hope the hotel management appreciates how hard he works and the service he provides. An absolute star! We have stayed at the hotel for 9 days, I couldn't find even one complaint. The evening entertainment was varied, the food was great, the Starbucks on site was the biggest highlight for my teenage daughter, a great addition to all inclusive package. First time staying here, but we will definitely be back! Thank you, Dobedan!
