"Booked a big bed and a sofa bed, but the sofa bed does not have any quilted sheets and pillows, so I ask the front desk to have a blanket, the so-called blanket is very thin like a towel. The whole hotel is good for breakfast or breakfast, but don't believe that the sofa bed can sleep."

"The hotel needs to have better service. The check in times were better during Covid. The mandatory 4 pm check in is just crazy. We have always checked in early. I don’t mind not having access to the room till after 4 pm but not check in early really. Plumbing issues I see but that day the maintenance people were very rude and not accommodating. I believe they are feed up with the hotel management in general and to showed."

"Got a deluxe kind room. Room size was OK but bathroom was small. The bathtub was small and the vent didn't work. They couldnt do anything about the vent and didn't have another option for room change. We ended up sleeping in a muggy room. They offered a fan but that would of just pushed the miggyness around with no windows to open or we would have to leave the door open which I was not comfortable with. Had a few ants in the drain of the sink and rust around the bathroom door so I'm not sure how long the vent hasn't been working. Food was OK but over expensive and I tried different mix drinks and didn't have a large selection and didn't like them. If you need a spot to rest it's fine but for my anniversary night I was not a fan."

PPnkflamingoGreat location, within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The common areas were nicely designed and clean. The room was clean, and we were pleasantly surprised by the mini kitchenette. The kids really enjoyed the pool. We appreciated the extra towels at the pool. The cons were: the bottom of the pool was pretty rough. I get the need for traction, but it rubbed my kids' feet raw. There wasn't a hot tub. The parking garage attached to the hotel is open to the public, so if there is a popular event happening downtown (i.e. New Year's Eve Potato Drop) the garage will fill up while you were out elsewhwere. Leaving you to have to find somewhere else to park even though you prepaid for parking in that garage.

WWEIMINThe coffee maker is too simple, it would be better if you change it to a higher grade. Others are very good 👍 Very close to the airport, the hotel will help you call Uber to pick you up, the service is very prompt. Bed linen, room air-conditioning and complete equipment, the room is very spacious. It is very convenient to eat and go to the streets around, the price of the hotel is also right, I will stay in this hotel next time I go. The breakfast is also good 👍 the front desk staff is very friendly!

GGuest UserThe clerk, Randy, was very helpful and informative. He even told me that with your key you can go to a local gym and swim in their salt pool. Room was very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. In a very nice area and I would definitely stay here again.

HHoffmanSteveWhat a nice surprise. This is a fairly new hotel. It was very nicely appointed. The room was nice size and the location was close to restaurants but secluded enough to feel safe. I would definitely recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a quick over night stop.

TTessThe room was fine, but not clean enough, not pulled under the beds and when we went to breakfast next morning and came back the door was open on the knife.
The toilet was hidden, and someone was getting a good time.
Breakfast tip buy a set of extra wafel machines , because half an hour waiting for a wafel make and then look at a very shaky head of a kitchen staff who already throws and throws the breakfast stuff clean is not a pleasant start and a tip for the breakfast team. Purify the tables in the middle a few times. There is no freshness at a table with three families of breakfast and syrup.

Major fight outside our room in the hallway in middle of the night, people yelllimg screaming , doors slamming , went on for over an hour, , requiring the police to be called.
Made for a lousy stay.

DDe LinIt's literally within walking distance from Boise Airport, so not a bad walk if it's nice out. Wifi was an issue, got fixed, the front desk lady, Claudia, very nice helped out and got it fixed, but off with connection issue again next morning. Didn't get to eat breakfast because it closed at 9AM...the bed is rather soft and it's very similar to Holiday Inn Express in set up...
