Second time staying at this hotel. The room is large but no balcony as mentioned in the booking. The room is noisy at night with the World Cup games. The hotel has good facilities in the room, including a dishwasher, washing and drying machine making the stay very convenient.

Large apartment complex right in the centre of Bondi junction, close to pubs shops restaurants and the rail network into Sydney. Room was apartment style with separate bedroom and kitchen/living area

I’ve never lived in such a bad-service hotel before, the sanitation is soooo bad, the pillow cases are full of black ink, looks like shoes prints, and the service was terrible 😢 I requested the hotel reception to bring me some new pillow cases at around 11:40pm, I waited till 1am and still no one shows up. I then went to the reception the next morning and requested directly before they brought me the pillow cases. The sanitation status was a nightmare. I actually booked my stay for the rest of my trip but I really really regret that. I intended to change to Meriton in Chatswood but the room price surged. So I have to stick with this ugly place for the rest of my trip. What a shame.

Everything is fine and will be backed. The service is good and the location is much convenient.

I was pleasantly surprised by how close and convenient the hotel was to get to Central Sydney. The area is full of restaurants and co (I think it’s a local area) as if it’s a high street. Clean rooms but it would be good if they could provide us with refills of dishwashing detergent and laundry detergents daily (we stayed in a one bedroom flat).

We had an amazing stay at Meriton Suites Bondi Junction! We arrived early and the staff were kind enough to allow us an early check in. Room is extremely spacious and kitchen is well-stocked. Location is amazing as you’re right about Bondi Junction station, with easy access to public transport and minutes away from the CBD. Highly recommend this place and look forward to returning in the future!

The location is good. And the scenery is nice too. However, the cleanliness is poor. It was difficult to connect to the TV, so I requested action several times, but no action was taken. The worst thing was that the coffee machine was defective, but it seemed like it hadn't been fixed for a long time. It was so dirty.

Please avoid lightning in this hotel. The facilities are old and poorly maintained. Especially in the bathroom, there is no bathtub as shown in the promotional picture. The only shower head can only extend to the waist, so children can't even think about taking a comfortable shower. The shower rod and basin were shaking violently and it was unclear when they would collapse. With such potential health and safety risks, I complained to the hotel and asked for a room change, but the hotel actually said that there was no room available. I had to ask Ctrip to coordinate to leave the store early. Oh, this New Year's Eve was such a terrible time.

1. The room size and facilities are the best (gym 24 hours a day, swimming pool operating hours are good). I used the washing machine and dryer well. 2. If you don’t have a towel, just go to the gym or swimming pool and bring one. Even if you call the front desk and talk to them, they won't give you anything. 3. They didn't clean it during my stay, so I had to go down to the front desk every day and ask for housekeeping service. One day, they didn't clean the room even though I requested it. The room is clean, but towels are not refilled. In that case, go back to the pool or gym. And since they didn't change the bed sheets and blankets, I went to the amenity locker in the hallway on the 13th floor and brought the bed sheets and blankets and changed them myself. 4. Don’t think of it as a hotel, think of it as Airbnb. Hahahaha👍🏻

The hotel is very good. It is very convenient to have a shopping mall next to it. It has complete kitchen utensils and it is very convenient to cook by yourself.

The hotel facilities and services are okay, but the replacement of room items is not timely. In addition, the cleaning is a little bit imperfect. The service quality can be improved.

Downstairs of the hotel is the bus station and subway, and there are shopping malls and supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient. The room facilities are very good, there are a lot of kitchen utensils (but I don’t use them except for boiling water, which is too wasteful), there are washing machines and dryers (this is very powerful), there is a free swimming pool and gym (no time to play, It's a pity), the hardware is first-class, but there is no room service after staying for four nights. It is said that this is the way here, and the privacy of the guests is not disturbed. Overall very good!
