We stayed at this hotel over the HOC weekend and from the minute we arrived until we left a few days later, the staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful when we needed advice or extra roll-up bed etc. Rooms were clean and spacious with beautiful eclectic art work thru the hotel and rooms. i stayed here one night because a friend already got the place and this is where they were. It was worst than a cheap motel, the carpets on the floor looked like they were put in 1960s and never replaced, the bathroom is shared which I hated, the hallway smelt like food, and people don't turn off the light in the bathrooms so you don't know if someone is in there or not. the room was awful, two double beds, the blankets didn't feel clean or sheets, the room had broken blind air conditioner didn't work and overall dirty i kept my shoes on, noise level was high all night with people yelling, and this was during the cov-19 restrictions where only essential workers could stay, the place had a old organ in the hall which was the only thing I liked, I would never stay here again. spend a little more money go to the suburbs and take the train in you will thank me. the shared bathroom barely had toilet paper, no soap and was not clean, I left at 625 am and was so thankful my uber showed up!

Parking is very convenient and there are plenty of parking spaces.

stayed here labor day weekend with my family for a trip to fenway park for a red sox game. Arrived late at night and it was a lot of turns to get there off the freeway. if you want good freeway access, this might not be the best option. Checkin was quick. Room was a little small for we thought we were getting but was fine. We loved the bath products but there was no lotion in the room and we had to ask for more towels. Pillows were pretty thin. Breakfast was pretty small. eggs, sausage and potatoes for hot food and basically cereal and danish for cold options. it was adequate but nothing special compared to others. One of the bif reasons we booked here was the parking fee was much cheaper than other hotels. The drive downtown was 15-20 minutes. We would stay here again when in Boston.

Oct2022: 3⭐: I selected this hotel as a result of needing a place close to the house with easy access to the airport. I selected this hotel through the Bonvoy app based on it fitting the criteria I desired. I wasn't able to get to the hotel until the afternoon hours about 1700. I picked up my spouse from the airport and we decided to get her checked in at the hotel on the way to the hospital down the toll road. I noted that the hotel was difficult to enter and it took a bit of concentration to locate the front entrance of the hotel as it sits over top of the tollway 90. There were two handicapped parking areas available at the check in lot. There is a pay parking garage attached to the hotel and adjacent to the front entrance into the hotel. The parking garage has more handicapped parking areas available and regular parking as well. The areas are not good for large trucks or RVs. The entrance was located and I parked and we went into the hotel. We walked to the front desk and a female worker didn't greet us, didn't say hello, nor did she say welcome to the hotel. The worker said ”give me your id”. My wife was standing there to my side and I looked to see if there was someone else there we had stepped in front of or cut in line. There was no one there but us. My wife said what did she say? Is this the check in desk? I commented that this is the check in window, right? What happened to the smile, good afternoon, welcome to Sheraton, or just hello. DEMANDING my identification upon entering the building was definitely not appropriate. Having a bad day isn't MY fault. I have a choice to choose this location, not the other way around. We finished the check in at the desk, paid for parking, and we went to the room. We dropped off the bags and found that the bathroom door sags and does not properly close as it's hitting the bottom of the frame. One of the window blinds wasn't properly functional. The noise canceling device and the traffic was something to tolerate. Some vehicle drivers passing under the hotel on the tollway, enjoyed throttling the engine. This added noise to an already bad situation. Decent area food spots are walking distance from the hotel.

As with most things we do this booking was last minute so we didn’t do the research beforehand. That being said we were pleasantly surprised. Deyli at the front desk was extremely accommodating. She checked us in early to a room with a partial river view. When we asked her if she could move us to a room with a more strait on view she didn’t hesitate. She really did everything she could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. When we asked for extra towels and coffee it was there in less than 5 min. All this during one of the areas busiest weekends. Plus your no more than 15 minutes away from anything you’re going to do. We had a great time and will definitely be back next year. Very satisfied. The hotel is quite new. The wall bed room with river view is very practical for a family. The shuttle bus can go to the main attractions, which is very convenient! There is a laundry room for self-service laundry! All in all, I am very satisfied and will definitely choose this place again when I come to Boston in the future!

It's about a 15-minute drive from a hotel close to BC. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it is more convenient to go to the city. Just happened to encounter the Boston Marathon, the price increase is more obvious. The room is good, the TV can be pulled out, and the space is relatively large.

Very good location and friendly staff. Bed is average comfort. Room was clean. This is where the positives end. There is very little protection from sound. I was up all night both nights hearing doors slam inside (particularly the very heavy door to the stairs that was near my room) and vehicles outside. Pack very good earplugs if you come. The hotel has zero food service. No breakfast, no bar, nowhere (bar, etc) to unwind after a day of work. WiFi was spotty and cut out on me during video calls, so don't plan on working from the room. Overall, I would have preferred to have a worse location but a nicer hotel. Boston is pretty small and Harvard Sq is only a 15 minute Uber to almost anywhere in the city. The good location here wasn't worth the negatives.
