新樓房，比較安靜，位置稍微偏一點，房間設施一般，床墊席夢思偏硬，衞生間不大。臨時湊合沒什麼問題的，價格相對偏貴了一點，房型訊息48平方是錯誤的，大約衹有18平方左右。
