"The room is super big, clean and hygienic, and the front desk service is good. It is considered a relatively good hotel in Rapid City. The transportation is convenient. There are breakfast, lunch and dinner in the lobby on the first floor, which is very convenient."
"I enjoyed my time there. The rooms are good, the staff are friendly and welcoming. The location is only ok if you've got a car and/or need a place to crash off the interstate."

"Hotel is connected to a massive Waterpark which is great for kids but not so fun for a good night's sleep. Walls are SUPER thin. Family next door had a screaming kid for a long time and then the hotel sent an unfamiliar man to our room (two girls) at 10pm to knock and ask us to be quiet. He could have called.
It's massive and very busy so be prepared for a lot of amenities to already be full. Room is clean but with that many people breakfast was filthy. Staff are never at the counter so you have to wait for them to come out of the back. Breakfast was limited and not enough for the people there. I've had better options at other Fairfield's anyway. All the details are cheap -beds and worn / over soft, toilet paper is scratchy, towels are thin and very rough. . . For the cost and significance of this hotel, it's just meh. It seems big but isn't very nice in the details."
"Stay was good, beds were comfortable, breakfast was a nice variety, and room clean. Was a disappointment that the keys were demagnetized multiple times and we even kept it away from our phones as instructed when it happened the first time. Hot tub was a good temp, unfortunately the jets were not really high functioning and there was barely working, overall nice to soak for a little bit. We would chose to stay here again in the future as the cons were minimal."
"The hotel is located at the northeast corner of the outer ring of the rapid city, with McDonald's next door. The hotel has a swimming pool. It is convenient on high speed. Wind cave elevator maintenance, you must first check before going. I came across a tornado from the Badlands National Park. ."
"Good hotel, what you would expect. We arrived at the airport late so the transportation to the hotel (even though close) was very expensive. Recommend to reserve transportation ahead of time. Stayed for 1 night before our tour group started."
"The room is very new, the location is best with a car, there is a laundry room, breakfast can be booked, but dinner is not provided, barbecue can be reserved, but the ingredients must be prepared by yourself, praise 👍"
"In the outskirts of the city, close to the highway, the hotel is in good condition in all aspects, the breakfast is very average, and there may be nothing to eat late. Hotel facilities are new"
