"Good location, just 2 minutes from Canberran light rail, not too far from the city centre. Super-friendly staff. Room clean, w/clean sheets and towels, but dated and a bit worn out. I couldn't figure out why windows were blocked in a way that only one of two could be opened and only on about 1/3 of its length. Kitchenette with tea/coffee, toaster and fridge on every floor. Lots of amenities on ground floor, including full kitchen, gym room, working spaces, nice, green courtyard. Would come back."
"The service rendered by the hotel was excellent. We also enjoyed the facilities offered by the hotel such as sauna and swimming pool. We had no chance to experience the breakfast at your hotel, but surely will try it the next time we stay there. The receptionist was amazing and our check-in process was a smooth one. Good location and few walks only to go to the city center. In overall, our experience is beyond what we expected beforehand. Thank you Mantra!"

"One bedroom apartment with kitchenette was well serviced and ver clean. Crispy clean sheets, very quiet air-conditioning, clean mould-free bathroom, toilet and shower. Great facilities for eating in and walking distance to Canberra centre and eateries, while set in well established parkland area. EV charging on premises was so welcome as my car was almost empty on arrival. Definitely go back there if visiting Canberra again."
"The hotel is quite good. The parking was in increased to A$28 if not pre-booked but trip.com says only A$15 and no need to book. The hotel ended up waiving the first night parking when we asked and we parked on the street the next day.
The hotel room is very big and the beds are quite firm and comfortable. The bathroom is a good size but would appreciate rubbish bags into the bins because it feels like I can't even put in banana peel because I don't want it to go to mush inside the bin and someone has to dig it out and wash the bin.
There is an iron and ironing board in the room with safe, extra blanket and pillows. The only complaint for the room is probably the noisy air conditioning.
Food at the bistro inside the hotel was pretty good for dinner and the buffet breakfast had a good variety but it is the same everyday."
"The room was probably just renovated, and all facilities were clean, tidy and comfortable. The hotel is located in the city center and not far from tourist attractions, which is very convenient. There is a problem. We booked the same room type with a friend. Our room is on the first floor, and the windows are opposite to the windows of other guest rooms, which are very close. However, the room that my friend booked on another website was upgraded to a suite on the 4th floor. Are Ctrip users unwelcome?"
"The room was amazing clean and tidy stunning views from the balcony so close to the cbd 2 minute walk defiantly will be returning here again and was so peaceful and quiet"
"Room little bit too small but cozy, shower very powerful and hot.
The hotel is 20 minutes by walk from CBD, so the location is good, there is transportation around the hotel.
Staff was friendly and very helpful
Saturday night there was music coming probably from the bar on the 6th floor till late"
"We stayed one night in the Hotel which is in a wonderful location close to Lonsdale St. The street has a lot of great places to eat and wonderful shops with a great vibe. The room we stayed in was modern but very small and dark. It faced the courtyard so not much light came in to the room in the daytime. In that sense it felt a bit like a cave. Personally I prefer a light space and a view of something. Our view was to the rooms opposite us, that was it."
