I had an exceptional stay at Andaz Xintiandi. When I arrived, I was so happy to see Peter at the front desk. He was as welcoming and nice as usual, and he arranged a great corner room for me. The room was wonderful, and I also got to try a new trial amenity they recently added: a massage tool for the bed in some of the rooms. It was so great that I didn’t want to get out of bed! It was very easy to use and available in multiple languages, which made it super convenient. Thank you to Peter and the team for another fantastic experience. Highly recommended, and I can’t wait to return!

The room design is fantastic, with a great complimentary selection of drinks and snacks, and an extremely comfortable bed. The staff are all very welcoming, housekeeping is prompt, and the thoughtful little gifts and room fragrance were lovely. The breakfast was abundant and delicious! However, having to transfer elevators to pick up food deliveries was a bit of a hassle. I stayed for three days and wanted to extend my stay by another day due to work. When I called the front desk, I was told it probably wasn't possible because the occupancy rate was extremely high, and then they offered to transfer me to the reservations department—which felt a bit strange.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean and the staff were very friendly.
I drink a lot of water, so I asked for some in the evening and they brought plenty. Both check-in and check-out were handled very kindly.
The happy hour at the 6th-floor lobby lounge was quite good. The location is also great—close to Galaxy, and just across the overpass right next to the hotel, you have a direct connection to the 3rd floor of the Venetian.
They provide separate amenities for kids, and housekeeping comes every day~
The Grand Deck shuttle buses run much more frequently than expected.
Above all, I don't think I heard any noise from neighboring rooms or floors in the evening.

Staying at Andaz Xiamen, I must give a massive shoutout to Felix! From the moment of arrival, his warm smile set the tone. Check-in was efficient, and throughout the stay, he was always responsive and took care of every little detail impeccably. The Nanyang-style hotel design is stunning, and the pool and breakfast were both fantastic. Felix is professional, genuine, and tactful, making this trip to Xiamen exceptionally pleasant. The hotel's location is convenient, and the overall experience far exceeded expectations. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be back! 👍 A hotel truly worth appreciating.
