The view is genuinely worth it! Our room overlooked the Paris skyline with a clear view of the Eiffel Tower, making every morning and evening feel special. The hotel is also very conveniently located, with Bus 30 stopping in front of the hotel entrance and providing a direct route to the Eiffel Tower. There are several grocery stores within walking distance, including Monoprix and K-Mart (asian grocery), as well as a number of shops and department stores. If you are into local farmers' market Marché Grenelle on Sundays is 10min walk from the aparthotel. The metro and RER stations are also close by, making it easy to explore Paris. If you enjoy walking, the pleasant stroll along the Seine River to the Eiffel Tower is highly recommended.
The room was spacious and comfortable for the three of us. The kitchenette was functional and well-equipped for regular cooking. Do note that the hotel does not provide basic cooking essentials such as oil, salt, or pepper, so you may need to purchase these yourself. The cookware, cutlery, and kitchen utensils were all clean and adequate for our needs.
Although housekeeping is not provided for stays shorter than one week, we managed well. There is a rubbish disposal room on every floor, making daily waste disposal convenient. They also provided the broom & vacum cleaner. The hotel also supplied sufficient dishwasher liquid, toilet paper, and other essentials for the week. The only item we needed to replenish ourselves was the coffee capsules. Expect the room to come with some wear and tear.
The main downside was the lift situation. During our stay, only two of the four lifts were operational, serving two towers with more than 20 floors each. As a result, waiting times could be quite long, especially during peak hours and check-in/check-out periods. We experienced a wait of approximately 20 minutes for the lift on arrival, which was frustrating after a long journey.
Overall, despite the lift inconvenience, the excellent location, stunning Eiffel Tower views, spacious rooms, and practical apartment-style facilities made this a very enjoyable stay, and I would consider staying here again.

Hotel was located about 10 min walk away from Opera House. Surrounded by multiple metro stations with the nearest being Auber station. There is also shopping malls near the hotel.
Rooms were small but cosy. Kitchen area included the utensils, fridge and dish washer. Heater was also located in the toilet. The bathtub did not have any curtain, the glass panel that was fixed was too small thus when we were showering the water gets splashed onto the floor. Washing machine was located in the basement level. Connection for payment of washing machine was not very good underground. We had some issues making payment.

Location is good. 5 mins to the metro station.
Good service on the introduction of website registration for Wifi.
Room is nice and clean. A little smelly due to the location, as it's not exposed long enough to the sunlight. And there are ants.
There is a laundry room with 2 washing machines. But 1 was broken the 3rd day when I staied so need to line up for the laundry.
Overall is good experience and recommended.

Very close to the Cour Saint-Émilion metro station—just a 7-minute ride to Châtelet. The hotel is next to Bercy Village, which was essential for our needs. Overall, this aparthotel is decent but a bit dated. Downsides include dim lighting in my room, weak water pressure in the shower, and an okay bed. There are also odd rules about the self-laundry; the machines turn off after 11 PM without warning, but they did provide an immediate refund. Still, it offers good value for staying near the Paris city center.

We stayed for 13 nights (February 19 – March 4) while attending SIA Paris. The location is very convenient, especially for those visiting the exhibition. The aparthotel concept is also very practical for longer stays, as having a small kitchen allowed us to cook some of our meals and save on dining costs.

The quality of service at the reception varied depending on the staff member. During our stay we encountered some receptionists who were very helpful and kind, but others who seemed rather nonchalant and not particularly attentive. Because of this, the service experience felt somewhat inconsistent.

Overall, the location and apartment-style facilities are the biggest advantages, especially for visitors staying for exhibitions or longer trips.

The room was neat and well-equipped, with convenient transportation and a supermarket downstairs for easy shopping.

The location is fantastic, with Metro lines 9 and 12, plus various bus routes, making it incredibly convenient to get around. The room was also quite spacious (though, coming straight from Japan, everything feels bigger!). Everything was great overall. I highly recommend getting a weekly pass – it's a no-brainer. Even for just one stop, take the metro; it's a breeze! Just remember to make sure you tap your card successfully when boarding, as I personally saw ticket checks on the bus.

Nice hotel a block away from Sacré Cœur. The staff is very helpful. The little backyard is very nice. You can drink your coffee there. The kitchenette in the studio has everything you may need to prepare a meal.
Cons : No AC, only a fan.

I checked in my studio room on 31/7 and found the drainage at the shower area not working. I reported on 1/8 and receptionist promised me to have a check on it. At night time when I shower, the water still cannot go away and made the toilet wet and slippery. I reported again on 2/8 and the receptionist said cannot repair and suggested to change a room for me but no more studio room available. Finally give me an apartment which is accessibility and I don't like the layout of the room but still need to accept it.
Actually I have emailed hotel but without any reply from them.
This is very disappointing for the response of the hotel.
The staff at the hotel are very nice and friendly.

Prerna is very helpful n pleasant. I like the hotel because it’s very green environment save. I like the concept of the hotel. I even have my oatmeal in my room. I hope this is the trend for all the hotel. Cause I don’t think people need to change the bedding that frequence.

Being able to cook for myself was a huge plus, and the kitchen was fully equipped, even with an oven. There's also a washing machine, though I'd recommend having 1-2 laundry detergent pods/capsules available for guests during their stay. The nearby station makes getting around very convenient.

Our room was amazing and we had everything we needed in terms of the kitchen utensils. Rooms were nice and clean. The only thing was they didn't have water filter in each floors only at the reception which was a bit inconvenient but other than that everything was great.
Location was ok as we had to take bus to reach nearest tube station. The distance was not walkable to be honest specially with kids or elderly people. 5-6 bus stops to be precise.
Overall I liked my stay here.

Taking advantages of coming early before meeting started decided to stay at same property to avoid the hassle of moving around. Basic unit with separate bath and shower, decent size living and kitchenette which unfortunately are not doing any cooking. Breakfast spread seem to be the same throughout will be nice to have variant especially since we are putting up for 5 nights

The decoration is nice and the room is big. The service attitude is very good. There is a large space on the first floor for meetings, office work, and solitude. The room has a kitchen and tableware, but there is no pot to cook and cook, so you have to prepare it yourself. You have to take care of the hygiene yourself, free cleaning once every 8 days, or paid cleaning for 20 euros per time.

The 13:00 welcome at my arrival was cold not a smile I had to wait 2h out because the room was ready for 15h I went back to the room about 15h10 when you're a long journey and that you're tired we would like a smile and You don't come back to 15:00, it's a pity because the welcome for my departure Mr was very nice and laughing, I don't think I'll come back, no boiler or tea bags, for the price I expected to better
