Pleasant and dedicated staff.
Noisy housekeepers, talking loudly among themselves, which can be disruptive due to incomplete soundproofing.
Nice bar.
Two breakfast price options: a buffet, or a set menu that is very complete for a French person, which is much appreciated.
Pleasant but very small room.
Comfortable bedding.
Very good stay.

Pros:
- good breakfast (loved the bread and butter options
- location close to gare du nord, and relatively not far from the touristy places one would want to see in Paris
- coffee machine in the room
- close to a minimarket (a carrefour) and lots of restaurants
- clean room
- some breakfast staff were quite friendly 
- pillows were nice and full

Cons:
- reception staff lacking friendliness (then again, this is Paris, and I’ve found people to be quite rude so I guess this is on brand for the city). Except for the lady who checked us out, she was quite lovely. 
- no slippers in the small cabinet of  items you can purchase. When we asked if they had slippers, the lady at the desk immediately said that’s only available in 4-star hotels and they were 3 stars. Sounds about right when you consider the service. We were asking so we could purchase a pair of slippers for the room, as we had been able to do in a not even 3-star hotel in Lithuania. So to be judged immediately as if we were asking to be provided with slippers implied she thought we were thinking that the hotel was fancier than it actually was and was quite off-putting. The woman who sat beside her also kept either feeding her answers or talked while we were talking to her, and in a snotty manner at that. 
- room smaller than what you can deduce from the photo, but still ok as we were only there to sleep. 
- shower ridiculously small, and the floor was quite slippery.  Shower also randomly got super hot and then when you move the tap even just a little bit, it would be ice-cold. 
- airconditioning in the room did not work. We turned it on and it only spewed hot air.

We had a wonderful stay at the Campanile Maine Paris hotel.

We had a large, very pleasant room on the ground floor, with a clean and comfortable bed. The location is peaceful, allowing for a good night's rest, while also being ideally situated near Montparnasse train station, making it very convenient for getting around.
The breakfast was excellent, varied, and of high quality.
The welcome was both professional and warm, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
I highly recommend it!

I wouldn’t book this room if it wasn’t the case that   the ideal hotel was fully booked.
You will have to get hairdryer at the reception.
Breakfast ends at 9:30 and it’s way too early.
No man looking after your luggage at your early or late checking or out.
I have to stride over the toilet to the shower and it feels awful.
Quite noisy every morning because it’s right near the street.
The only highlights will be the distance between metro and bus.

The hotel is not very close to the airport, but walkable (25 minutes) to it if you do not have luggage. Do not follow the itinerary given by Google map, it gives you a very long path(50 minutes). It's better to take an Uber which costs only $9. There is a bar and a restaurant on site which are quite good.

Stayed for 3 nights, was given room much earlier than 3pm, thankful for that but wooden floor was quite dirty, seems no vacuuming was done. Shower gel, toilet paper not replenished. Have to ask recept to contact housekeeping. Can't call recept, no dial number available. Misread the housekeeping message, after 1st night, nothing was cleared but that is ok, no big deal. Overall it was good though.

Clean room. Well-equipped. Comfortable bed. 

Quite far from the city center. Not well-served by public transport. Right next to a large thermal power plant.

Very pleasant, clean, and well-maintained Campanile hotel. The staff are helpful and welcoming. The location is ideal, right opposite the train station and very close to the metro, tram, and bus stops. The shopping center is also nearby, which made my stay very convenient. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe throughout my entire stay. Thank you, Campanile, see you next time! 🙏🏻

Facilities: The hotel is relatively small, and the room has nothing but a bed and a coffee machine

Service: The service is very good, and the people at the front desk and the restaurant are very friendly

Environment: The environment is clean
Overall, the location is excellent, and the surrounding night view is beautiful, but there are better options

The hotel is conveniently located, near the train station, metro, tram. There are many restaurants / cafes around. Excellent breakfast.
The room is dark, I booked a room with a balcony, but when I arrived, they said that the rooms with balconies were being renovated and offered breakfast for the entire stay.
Overall, everything is fine, the most important thing is the location of the hotel, the room is clean, the bed is comfortable.
