Pros 
1. Excellent location just across 3 major metro lines (and a bus line). Made it super convenient to commute around the city. It’s also Around 15 min walking distance to Tour Eiffel 
2. Rooms are comfortable size for Paris standards. Beds were comfy! 
3. Studio room comes with a kitchenette, microwave, dish washer, toaster and cutleries making it easy for us to whip up a simple meal for breakfast. 
4. Free coffee/tea/hot chocolate and water dispenser at the lobby. Just bring your cup from the room or reusable water bottle to fill up. 
5.We were greeted warmly by Ndeye who helped us get settled in for our stay. 
6. There was a local market on Sundays and Wednesdays right under the train track. 

Cons 
1. The lifts are small and only one was functioning during our stay so be prepared to wait or walk down the stairs. 
2. There is no daily housekeeping but there is a comfort room where we could replace supplies e.g towels, toilet paper etc. Since we stayed 6 nights, we were given 1 free housekeeping. Overall wasn’t an issue for us, but may be an expectation for some. 
3. You can hear the trains zoom by, but the disruption was minimal as the windows came with decent sound proofing. 

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Citadines!

Housekeeping service is provided every three nights, along with a refill of coffee capsules. There's also a coffee machine in the lobby downstairs. The microwave and cutlery were very convenient.

The location is excellent, with easy access to transportation. It offers superb value for money in Paris.

Choosing a high-floor room didn't seem to make much difference.

I chose this hotel with my three almost-adult children. Its location is the biggest advantage, right by the Seine River, a few hundred meters from Notre Dame Cathedral. The Louvre, Tuileries Garden, Musée de l'Orangerie, Place de la Concorde, and Musée d'Orsay were all within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as a Carrefour supermarket. The hotel lobby offers complimentary hot water, milk, hot chocolate, coffee, and more. It rained during our stay, and coming back to the hotel for a hot chocolate or tea was incredibly comforting. We booked a one-bedroom apartment. The bed in the bedroom was larger than 1.3 meters, feeling almost as big as a king-sized bed. The sofa bed in the living room opened up into two separate single beds, which was great. The only minor drawback was that one of the beds made quite a bit of noise when turning over. The open-plan kitchen had ample utensils, and we could easily make simple meals after buying some oil and salt. Frying eggs and cooking instant noodles was no problem – my 'Chinese stomach' simply can't handle Western food all the time. The bathroom had a clothes dryer, and a hairdryer and iron were also provided. You need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, but disposable slippers were available, though of average quality. We didn't book breakfast, so I can't comment on that. There's a bakery not far downstairs where fresh croissants were 1.4 euros, which was quite good value. All in all, if you're traveling as a family, have a 'Chinese stomach,' and aren't rolling in money, I'd recommend it.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's only a 7-minute walk to Galeries Lafayette. If you don't feel like walking, it's just one metro stop away, as the metro station is right outside the hotel entrance! Getting to other attractions is also very convenient. Taking a Bolt ride-hailing service to Gare du Nord train station was quick and affordable!

The hotel is very well-equipped with cooking utensils; they literally have everything you might need! It's great for preparing your own breakfast or a late-night snack.

The hotel staff were very polite and even helped me arrange a ride.

The only thing some people might mind is the lack of daily housekeeping service. However, I was perfectly fine with it, as I was only staying for 3 nights.

Overall, I was extremely satisfied with this hotel. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends!

Facilities: Basic facilities are available, including a complete kitchen. The water from the faucet trickles a bit, which I wasn't a fan of. Everything else is good.

Environment: A view of the Eiffel Tower. Breakfast was good and quiet. Satisfactory. About a 7-minute walk from the subway station. Convenience stores near the tower are more expensive.

This hotel is conveniently located close to Bastille and both bus and subway stations. The staff at the front desk answered questions politely when asked. The hotel seems run down and not very clean. There were hand prints on the inside of the bathroom door from the previous guests and oddly enough both my room and the elevator had issues with mosquitoes. In the entire time I was there - no cleaning staff entered my room. My room had a kitchen but no effort was made to empty garbages in either the kitchen or bathroom. I know I am not alone in this - as I observed other people going to the front desk to ask for more toilet paper and bringing their garbage down to the lobby to ask where they might empty it. When I made my booking, I specifically requested a room away from the elevator, so naturally I had the closest room to the elevator possible. I realize Paris, like any big city in Europe, is expensive but I would not recommend this hotel to my family or friends. Make note if you decide to stay there, that the hotel offers breakfast at a cost double what one might pay within a block of where it is situated.

Hotel was simple. Free coffee and tea at lobby. Booked a 1 room apartment. Spacious. Beds were ok. Separate room for bathing and toilet bowl. Location was great. A stone throw away  from a small interchange with line 5, 6 & 7. Surrounded with restaurants. A shopping mall just beside. In fact my room facing the mall (interior). Value for money in terms of of Paris hotel. Definitely recommnded.

Located near Montparnasse train station with numbers of nice restaurants and supermarkets around. The room is spacious with amenities like an electric kettle, digital safe, cleaning shampoo, gels and etc.
Self-service coin laundry is in the basement one, and free coffee, cocoa machine at lobby level 1.

It's convenient that these are apartments. There was no cleaning - that's a minus. A stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher - that's a plus. The room itself is spacious, even very spacious! The bathroom🤌🏼 the radiators are hot, you can adjust them. There is drinking water from a machine on the 1st floor (free). We liked the location. Beautiful, safe, we walked a lot, went by metro - everything was convenient. There are enough grocery stores around, as well as different cafes. 
This is not the first time I have stayed in Citadines apartments, they are more or less the same in all countries, so it is always clear what to expect from them

The room has two bedrooms, a large bed, a combed bed, a full set of pots and pans and detergent, no daily cleaning service, garbage brought to the basement and thrown in the trash can, luggage storage service at the front desk, the bathtub is slippery, there is no handrail next to the bathtub, the elderly should pay special attention, There is a half glass door in the bathtub, and water will fly out of the bathtub when showering.

One of the best accommodations we have ever been to. The location is superb, close to big supermarket, bookstore, restaurants and metro station (central and Piccadilly lines). 

Staff was nice but wasn’t able to provide all the help we were looking for. 

Please note there is no daily housekeeping … there is one round of housekeeping if you are staying more than a week. Or you have to pay extra to get housekeeping.

The stay was very good, and the staff and management were amazing. Underground tube and many restaurants are nearby. Many tourists places are also nearby, so overall complete package for travellers. Special thanks to Staff and Management for make our stay so comfortable and relaxing. Keep up the good work.

For a central London hotel, it's perfectly adequate. It's incredibly close to the Tube station, and there's a Tesco supermarket, both just a 5-minute walk away. The room itself was surprisingly spacious. Overall, it's a good choice for both convenience and a comfortable stay. I'd recommend it!

Pros:
1. Excellent location
Within walking distance to major attractions like Trafalgar Square, the National Gallery, and Westminster. Subway stations (Embankment, Charing Cross) are also nearby, making getting around very convenient.

2. Room layout and amenities
The room has a small kitchen (refrigerator, sink) for basic cooking, free Wi-Fi, and ample storage space, making it feel like a 'home away from home' for longer stays.

3. Front desk/Service
Most guests appreciate the friendly staff and smooth check-in process. Thoughtful amenities like the complimentary coffee machine are a plus.

Cons:
1. Outdated facilities and cleanliness issues
The room facilities feel old, and the cleanliness was not as good as expected. Specifically, the maintenance of the bed and bathroom was off-putting.

The hotel apartment is converted from an old post office. The facilities are very new and the ceilings in the room are very high! The space feels very comfortable. There is free coffee and tea in the lobby, which is suitable for office work and business travel! Convenient transportation, two stops to Kingscross, and buses go directly to Oxford Street and the University of the British Empire.

This hotel is quite nearby the MRT station as well as a newly rebranded mall. So that’s perfect.

The room that I had was just nice for me. With a balcony too! I could see the fireworks during Chinese new year. 

One let down was the lift. My room was at 33rd floor but the lifts wasn’t split to like lower and higher floors. So sometimes the wait can be rather long.

I never expected to enjoy this hotel as much as I did. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The entrance greeter assisted us with carrying our luggage and even opened the car door for us, which made us feel truly valued from the moment we arrived.

I booked an apartment-style room that was perfect for a family stay. The kitchen was well-equipped and even came with a water dispenser. Although the hot water function was not working, we were still able to boil water using the pots and kettle provided. The washing machine was also a great addition, especially with its hot air drying function, which made doing laundry very convenient.

Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. It truly made my first trip to Jakarta an amazing and memorable experience.

Great hotel to  stay in the near future as things are still in the process of building up. More dining options and shops wil be opening up soon at the mall that is connected to the hotel. Thus making it very convenient in the near future for anyone who stays at the hotel.

The room was great as it was big,spacious and have loads of storage space. The Television have access to Netflix and Youtube for us to log in. 

A few downside during my stay was: 
1- cleaning crew did not top up the tissue in my room.
2- the room slippers wasnt replace when they cleared after making the room. 
3- coffee sachet wasnt toped up as well. 
4- could have done a better job in vacuuming and mopping of the room floor. 
5 - the breakfast was a disappointing as they didnt topped up the dishes that was empty. I waited from the moment i begin the breakfast buffetand waited abt 40 mins to see if the crew topped up the dishes but sadly, it wasn’t change ir even topped up. For the price that i paid, i would say that the breakfast was really really a disappointment. Spread wasn’t great enough too.

However, great job to the front desk as the check in and check out process was quick. Overall, great hotel with room for improvement.
