I stayed at this hotel for a 10-day business trip to Jakarta. The location was very convenient, right next to Lotte Department Store, so shopping and dining were just a 10-minute walk away. The outdoor swimming pool was fantastic, surrounded by tall buildings, giving it a very business-like feel. I specifically asked the front desk to arrange a room on a high floor, 35th, and the view was indeed spectacular. One evening after a heavy rain, I even saw a double rainbow, which was a delightful surprise. The only downside was probably the limited breakfast options; it was the same few items every day, quite inferior compared to other hotels of the same caliber I've stayed at before.

What kind of porridge is this? It's just rice with some broth. Was it cooked by a chef or an intern? So embarrassing. A hotel as big as Citadines, tarnished. Even though the service was good, there were still many shortcomings. The bathroom was flooded. There was no iron facility. The phone couldn't be used. I arrived at night and was given a room that hadn't been occupied for a long time. You could see something on top of the toilet, indicating it hadn't been used in a while. I asked for ice at night and got it, but it was really oily, I don't know what kind of oil it was. Disgusting.

I never expected to enjoy this hotel as much as I did. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The entrance greeter assisted us with carrying our luggage and even opened the car door for us, which made us feel truly valued from the moment we arrived.

I booked an apartment-style room that was perfect for a family stay. The kitchen was well-equipped and even came with a water dispenser. Although the hot water function was not working, we were still able to boil water using the pots and kettle provided. The washing machine was also a great addition, especially with its hot air drying function, which made doing laundry very convenient.

Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. It truly made my first trip to Jakarta an amazing and memorable experience.

What a stay! If you had to pick only one hotel in Chengdu, this hotel is hard to beat. It's clean as a whistle with a professional team of staffers working around the clock to ensure it feels like a home away from home. Smelling like late night hot pot? There's a washer and dryer in your room to settle the problem. Don't feel like leaving the room? Make a takeway order and let the robot deliver it to your door. Also, the value of money for a room of this size is a no-brainer. The best bit is: Citadines is a retreat from the crowd at Chunxi Road. It's also a short Didi ride to most places on your agenda too, such as Xipu station towards Dujiangyan. We stayed here for a week, and we could have easily stayed for another month.

I chose Citadines for my business trip to Chengdu this time. As a business apartment hotel, it offers excellent value for money. The facilities are comprehensive, the service is attentive, and the location is absolutely perfect.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the High-tech Zone, very close to the subway station, making getting around incredibly convenient. The room is fully equipped with home appliances like a refrigerator, washing machine, and microwave, making it comfortable for extended stays. The bedding is soft and cozy, and the soundproofing is also quite good.

The front desk service is warm and thoughtful; both check-in and check-out were very efficient. The 24-hour front desk is always available to help, promptly responding to needs like luggage storage and inquiries. The cleaning staff also does a meticulous job, keeping the room consistently clean and tidy, which is reassuring in its attention to detail.

We had a very satisfying stay! We booked a family suite, and the room was clean and tidy with soft, comfortable bedding. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and both check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. Bryan provided excellent and thoughtful service. The hotel's location is convenient for getting around, and the overall environment is quiet and comfortable. Plus, there's a self-service coffee and tea bar in the lobby every day, offering great value for money. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Citadines to watch our son compete at World Games. It was a great location for the sports facilities in Chengdu East. We liked our room which was on 2 levels and had heaps of space. The bed was comfortable with nice linen. We didn't manage to have success with the Wifi but we found this in all the places we stayed. The breakfast had plenty of choice, mainly Chinese breakfast. The noodles were good. The staff were helpful and kind, we even received presents when we left. I recommend Citadines to anyone needing to stay in Chengdu East.

I can't stress enough that this is an excellent place to stay in Vienna. I fell in love with the efficiency and the customer service provided by members of staff. Apart from that, the rooms are big and clean. If you want to visit Vienna, forget about other hotels and apartments. Just book this place to stay. You will not regret it. I stayed in this place for five days and I will be back for more.

My mom likes Vienna the most out of all the cities in Europe. For my mom, who hurt her leg during her trip, it was the best city. It is because of its superb hospital, friendly and honest people, and convenient transportation facilities for the disabled. 

This hotel is not far from Vienna Central Railway Station and tourist attractions. Next door is the Lidl supermarket, there is bus stop No. 1, which is advantageous for tourism, and there is also a general hospital. In Vienna, which has cloudy and cold weather even in the spring, the fact that the room can be heated was good for my old mother.
