The environment is super comfortable, the room is clean and tidy, the bedding is very soft and sleeps very fragrant, the service attitude is good, the price is very high, come next time! The location is excellent, it is very convenient to travel and eat, the health is in place, the staff is warm and thoughtful, and the experience is full ✨ the overall exceeded expectations! The room is well lit, well equipped, soundproofed, quiet and at ease, highly recommended ～

The room was spacious and bright with a simple yet stylish decor, and the natural light was excellent. The view from the window was also very pleasant. The air conditioning cooled quickly, and the hot water was instant and consistent, making for a very comfortable stay. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, and the hallways and common areas were spotless. The attention to detail in the room was impressive, with plenty of outlets and well-designed lighting. I felt very relaxed during my few days here.

Hotel Review:

We had a generally pleasant stay at the hotel, thanks to the accommodating staff and their excellent service. Upon arrival to our room we welcomed with a lovely vegetable and fruit plate. The Chinese buffet breakfast was a delightful surprise. 

However, there were a few areas for improvement. Our room was in need of minor repairs, and the lack of a dedicated workspace was inconvenient.

Additionally, we were disappointed that the staff member escorting us to our room entered with her shoes on, which wasn't in line with our expectations.

Lastly, despite requesting a non-smoking room, we noticed a lingering smell of smoke.

Overall, the service was great, and these issues were the only drawbacks.

H Hotel Xian boasts an excellent location near the Bell and Drum Towers, with breakfast options nearby, though I often woke up early and ate elsewhere. The hotel features comfortable beds, making for a pleasant stay, and the atmosphere is inviting. It's a great spot for exploring the city, and I appreciate the convenience of dining options within reach. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking comfort and accessibility in Xian!

Very satisfied with this stay! The hotel is conveniently located, close to the subway, convenient to travel, the room is clean and tidy, the lighting is very good, the bedding is comfortable, and the sleep is particularly stable. The front desk lady is warm and thoughtful, check-in is fast and efficient, the details are intimate, there is warm tea, and there is an exclusive parking space. Health is in place, the environment is quiet and not noisy, and the price is super high. The overall feeling is warm and comfortable, I will choose here next time I travel, [strong][strong][strong]

超讚的入住體驗，五星好評實至名歸！這次出行選擇了這家酒店，體驗感直接拉滿，遠超預期，真心想給滿分好評！從踏入酒店大堂的那一刻，工作人員熱情的微笑和問候，瞬間讓人感受到滿滿的誠意。前台辦理入住的效率特別高，工作人員耐心細緻，不僅快速完成了手續，還貼心介紹了酒店的設施分佈和周邊遊玩、就餐攻略，細緻的服務讓人倍感温暖。入住的大床房寬敞明亮，裝修簡約又不失格調，整體佈局合理，細節處盡顯用心。
房間的衞生狀況更是無可挑剔，地面一塵不染，床品柔軟親膚且無任何異味，躺上去舒適度滿分，一覺睡到自然醒。衞浴空間乾濕分離，洗漱用品齊全且品質上乘，熱水充足、水壓穩定，洗漱體驗特別好。房間裏還配備了高速WiFi、智能電視和迷你吧枱，各類設施一應俱全，使用感極佳，隔音效果也很棒，在房間裏靜謐又舒心。早餐菜品豐富多樣，熱菜、點心、水果、飲品一應俱全，食材新鮮、口味地道，餐廳工作人員還會及時補充餐食，時刻保持用餐環境整潔。
此外，酒店的地理位置十分優越，緊鄰地鐵站和商圈，出行、購物都非常便利，全程服務貼心又周到。這次入住全程體驗都非常舒心，無論是硬件設施還是服務細節，都挑不出任何毛病，已經列入我的出行首選清單，強烈推薦給大家，下次來一定會再次入住

The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, always ready to help, which made me feel very welcome. The front desk was especially hospitable; they offered me a hot cup of tea as soon as I entered the lobby in the evening. The hotel environment is lovely, and the hygiene conditions are excellent. My room was very warm, and the facilities were brand new. The hotel's breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, which was a great start to my day. Overall, a fantastic experience!

I was really surprised when I arrived at the hotel. It was very clean. The front desk even upgraded my room after I booked it. The service attitude was also very good. The hotel also has a self-service laundry room that can be used for free. Overall, everything is very good. Recommended

The service attitude of the young lady at the front desk is very good, the family room is still relatively comfortable, and I will like it if I ask. The location of the hotel is very good, next to the Polytechnic University and Kuangyuan Road Snack Street, close to the subway, the facilities are not fully intelligent, and the hotel time is related to the long time, the price is high

Environment: The view from the scenic room was fantastic. Facilities: A bit outdated, the shower curtain was damaged, and the headboard wasn't very clean. Hygiene: Housekeeping was very diligent, and overall cleanliness was good. Service: The front desk staff were very friendly, always greeting us warmly when we came and went. They were also kind enough to lend us some mosquito repellent balm, as mosquitoes are always a nuisance in summer. The floor attendant proactively helped us find an electric mosquito repellent.

A great business trip and living experience!
 
This time I stayed at this hotel due to a business trip, the overall experience far exceeded expectations! The location is too much, 5 minutes walk from the subway station, the surrounding dining and convenience stores are complete, it is very convenient to catch the early high-speed rail or evening entertainment. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, it was too important to sleep well after a day of business trips, and the sound insulation effect was very good, and it was not disturbed by the outside noise.
 
The service is even more highlight, the front desk check-in is efficient, and the surrounding traffic and office-related convenience information is also actively informed; the cleaning aunt is very meticulous every day, and the supplementary supplies are timely. The office area in the room is spacious, the lighting is moderate, the network is stable and not stuck, the processing of working documents and online meetings are very smooth, and it is too friendly for the business trip party.
 
The breakfast is rich in variety, hot dishes, staple foods, fruits, and drinks are all available, and the ingredients are fresh and can meet the needs of different tastes. Very cost-effective, I will choose here next time I travel, and I recommend it to frequent business trips or travel.

Come to Hai'an for a business trip and choose this one is too worry-free! Check-in at the front desk is super fast and there is a need on call. The whole house is cleaned without dead ends, and the bathroom is dry and odorless. The rooms are smartly equipped and the WiFi is stable and the office is not stuck. The hotel is close to the business district, convenient to eat around, the corridor is quiet and soundproof, the price is full, and I will stay here next time on business trip.
