Hotel Review:

We had a generally pleasant stay at the hotel, thanks to the accommodating staff and their excellent service. Upon arrival to our room we welcomed with a lovely vegetable and fruit plate. The Chinese buffet breakfast was a delightful surprise. 

However, there were a few areas for improvement. Our room was in need of minor repairs, and the lack of a dedicated workspace was inconvenient.

Additionally, we were disappointed that the staff member escorting us to our room entered with her shoes on, which wasn't in line with our expectations.

Lastly, despite requesting a non-smoking room, we noticed a lingering smell of smoke.

Overall, the service was great, and these issues were the only drawbacks.

H Hotel Xian boasts an excellent location near the Bell and Drum Towers, with breakfast options nearby, though I often woke up early and ate elsewhere. The hotel features comfortable beds, making for a pleasant stay, and the atmosphere is inviting. It's a great spot for exploring the city, and I appreciate the convenience of dining options within reach. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking comfort and accessibility in Xian!

This hotel is a hidden gem! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Xi'an. It's super convenient – just two subway stops from the North Station, and you can see their sign a short walk from the exit. My room faced south, so I got plenty of sunshine during the day, which was lovely. The air conditioning was silent and quickly adjusted the temperature, making for comfortable sleep. The decor is simple and modern, looking fresh and clean, and all the facilities are maintained like new. It's very quiet at night; with the doors and windows closed, you barely hear any outside noise, ensuring a great night's sleep. For just over 100 RMB, it even includes breakfast, which has decent variety and taste, enough to fill you up. There are lots of places to eat around, right to the left downstairs. Definitely worth recommending!

The front desk service is superb and very warm. If there is any problem in the room, it will help solve it as soon as possible. It will help us upgrade the room type enthusiastically. Super recommended

Awesome stay experience, five-star praise is worthy of the name! I chose this hotel for this trip. The experience was directly full, far exceeding expectations. I really want to give full praise! From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, the staff's warm smile and greetings made people feel full of sincerity. The check-in efficiency at the front desk is particularly high. The staff is patient and meticulous. Not only did they quickly complete the procedures, but also introduced the hotel's facilities distribution and surrounding play and dining strategies. The meticulous service makes people feel warm. The big bed room is spacious and bright, the decoration is simple and stylish, the overall layout is reasonable, and the details are full of care.
The sanitary condition of the room is even more impeccable, the ground is spotless, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly and has no smell, the comfort of lying on it is full, and I wake up naturally when I sleep. The bathroom space is separated from wet and dry, the toiletries are complete and of high quality, the hot water is sufficient, the water pressure is stable, and the washing experience is particularly good. The room is also equipped with high-speed WiFi, smart TV and minibar. All kinds of facilities are available, the use is excellent, the sound insulation effect is also great, and the room is quiet and comfortable. The breakfast dishes are rich and varied, hot dishes, snacks, fruits, drinks are all available, the ingredients are fresh and the taste is authentic, the restaurant staff will replenish the meal in time, and always keep the dining environment clean.
In addition, the hotel's location is very superior, close to the subway station and business district, travel and shopping are very convenient, the whole service is intimate and thoughtful. The whole experience of this stay was very comfortable. Whether it was hardware facilities or service details, I couldn't pick any problems. It has been included in my preferred list of travel. I highly recommend it to everyone. I will definitely stay again next time.

Staying at H Hotel was an amazing experience! The room was spotless, no weird smells, and the bedding was so soft I slept like a baby. The bathroom had plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Check-in at the front desk was super fast, and they even proactively gave me a local guide. The hotel's location is perfect – just a 5-minute walk to the bus stop, and there are convenience stores and restaurants right downstairs. The facilities are all very new, and I was really happy with the overall environment. At check-out, they thoughtfully offered luggage storage. This place offers incredible value for money; I'll definitely choose it again next time!

I was really surprised when I arrived at the hotel. It was very clean. The front desk even upgraded my room after I booked it. The service attitude was also very good. The hotel also has a self-service laundry room that can be used for free. Overall, everything is very good. Recommended

The space in the store can be relatively large, the layout is generous, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the breakfast has porridge, steamed buns, fried rice, as well as various stir-fried vegetables, cold dishes, eggs, fruits, reasonable and nutritious. The hotel is on the main road, about 100 meters from the subway, and the traffic is very convenient.

Our River View room offered absolutely fantastic views, with a panoramic vista of Langshan Mountain and the Yangtze River. The location is superb, being very close to both shopping malls and Nantong University. The facilities were excellent and well-equipped, including a microwave which was very convenient for heating up food in the evenings. Overall, the room was clean and tidy.

A great business trip and living experience!
 
This time I stayed at this hotel due to a business trip, the overall experience far exceeded expectations! The location is too much, 5 minutes walk from the subway station, the surrounding dining and convenience stores are complete, it is very convenient to catch the early high-speed rail or evening entertainment. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, it was too important to sleep well after a day of business trips, and the sound insulation effect was very good, and it was not disturbed by the outside noise.
 
The service is even more highlight, the front desk check-in is efficient, and the surrounding traffic and office-related convenience information is also actively informed; the cleaning aunt is very meticulous every day, and the supplementary supplies are timely. The office area in the room is spacious, the lighting is moderate, the network is stable and not stuck, the processing of working documents and online meetings are very smooth, and it is too friendly for the business trip party.
 
The breakfast is rich in variety, hot dishes, staple foods, fruits, and drinks are all available, and the ingredients are fresh and can meet the needs of different tastes. Very cost-effective, I will choose here next time I travel, and I recommend it to frequent business trips or travel.

The receptionists were incredibly welcoming and patiently answered all my questions. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were bright and spacious, and the facilities were complete and comprehensive. Overall, I had a wonderful stay, and the service was superb. It was a very welcoming hotel.
