The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but it offers better value for money than hotels in the downtown area. There's a subway station nearby, which makes it convenient to visit various attractions. Alternatively, you can download a Korean ride-hailing app to instantly call a taxi or book a ride. Since there were five of us, taking taxis wasn't cost-effective, so we often booked a 6-seater car half an hour in advance through the app, which was very convenient! There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel. The hotel staff were warm and attentive, and the front desk staff also spoke English. The room was clean and comfortable. Although not huge, it was quite spacious compared to hotels near Myeongdong in Korea, with plenty of room to move around! The water temperature was perfect, and we really loved the hotel's shampoo and conditioner; our hair felt incredibly soft and smooth after using them – we'd love to know what brand they are! Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

I booked a king-sized bed for my solo trip, but upon arrival, I was given a triple room, which was quite ridiculous. They said I could switch rooms the next day, but I was too lazy to bother, so I just stayed in it... It was pretty clean, but the air conditioner was incredibly loud, and it was an end room. The control panel on the wall would inexplicably light up at night, even after turning it off, and there were often strange noises I couldn't identify. But since I don't believe in superstitions, I still managed to sleep pretty well. The main light control panel was quite far from the bed, so I couldn't turn off the lights while lying down, which was very inconvenient. Other services were pretty standard for a hotel. Breakfast, which I bought separately, was 15,000 per day, and the variety wasn't extensive, mainly rice and dishes. There's a free shuttle bus to the airport, but the timings are limited. Toothbrushes at the hotel cost extra, 1,000 for one. Mineral water is complimentary and refilled daily, while snacks are chargeable.

Terrible service for the reception staff named ***** *** if I had not miss spelled it. She was very rude and impatient when I asked her for card renewal. She used “You don’t understand…” “You must…” ( with horrible facial expressions). Don’t understand how the hotel manager selected and trained this stuff. She lacks the basic sense of being sincere and helpful. I can tell directly if this person is sincerely care about others or treat people differently in public or private( between me and her). Other people I met in Korean are warm and loving except for this lady. She ruined my day. She ruined my perfect impression of Daejeon. Hope she will be treated the exact same way when she is travelling and I definitely don’t want to see her or talk to her again. Lastly, apologise for my unpleasant review to the rest staff working in the hotel who are really kind and supportive!
