Overall, our stay was great. The location is perfect, 4 metro stations, plenty of buses, a lot of cafes are near by. The room is pretty spacious, there was everything that you might need. The TV is smart, it’s possible to watch Netflix or YouTube. The room was clean, well-prepared. The check-in process is super fast, the staff is friendly. The WiFi was great as well, I joined zoom-call easily 

There were two minor things that we were a bit dissatisfied about: 1) the AC doesn’t have a night mode so it’s hard to adjust it, it’s either cold or hot.. we struggled. 2) we wanted to dinner at BBQ restaurant at the hotel, which works till 10pm as was stated at Ad. However, we came at 9, it was already closed, they said that the last order is at 8:30.. which is rare.. usually last order is 30 min before closing. So we left hangry. 

Anyway, the hotel is great, we would definitely come back and recommend all friends.

-Clean & Well-Maintained Rooms. Rooms are described as clean, tidy, and functional. Daily housekeeping and essentials provided. Quiet rooms despite busy surroundings.
-Great Value for Money. Considered a good deal for the location. Ideal if you prioritize convenience over luxury.
 Cons: Compact rooms, Beds are a on the firmer side.

This hotel is super conveniently located, very close to the subway station, making getting around incredibly easy. It's not in the noisy city center, so the environment is quiet and peaceful, perfect for a good rest. The breakfast offers a great variety and tastes delicious. Both the restaurant and front desk staff are incredibly warm and friendly, providing attentive and thoughtful service. Overall, the stay was comfortable and reassuring, making me feel very relaxed. It's an excellent choice for accommodation when traveling.

The location is very good since it is in the center of myeongdong area. Everything is in your reach 🫶🏼 They also allowed us to check in early since we arrived in the hotel at 9am (no charge). Thankyou for accommodating us so we able to rest upon arriving at the hotel. Will surely recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel last time too, mainly because of its convenience. It's easy to get around, great for grabbing snacks, and perfect for shopping. Best of all, there's an airport shuttle right next to the hotel that goes to Incheon Airport. The room is a bit small though; it's fine for my daughter and me, but if my husband, who's a bigger guy, were with us, it would feel a bit cramped for two.

My husband and I had an amazing experience staying at Skypark Hotel 3 in Myeongdong! We stayed here for 12 days, and it was the best decision ever. The rooms are clean, and the service and staff were fantastic - friendly, helpful, and super polite. They also offer amenities like drinking water, weighing scale for your luggages, and coin laundry.

But my favorite part is its location! It's near everything - the airport limousine bus station, train station, Myeongdong shopping street, namsan tower, malls and shopping centers, convenience stores, coffee shops, and restaurants. This is now our go-to hotel in Seoul!

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but it offers better value for money than hotels in the downtown area. There's a subway station nearby, which makes it convenient to visit various attractions. Alternatively, you can download a Korean ride-hailing app to instantly call a taxi or book a ride. Since there were five of us, taking taxis wasn't cost-effective, so we often booked a 6-seater car half an hour in advance through the app, which was very convenient! There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel. The hotel staff were warm and attentive, and the front desk staff also spoke English. The room was clean and comfortable. Although not huge, it was quite spacious compared to hotels near Myeongdong in Korea, with plenty of room to move around! The water temperature was perfect, and we really loved the hotel's shampoo and conditioner; our hair felt incredibly soft and smooth after using them – we'd love to know what brand they are! Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

First off, there's no need to worry about language barriers; the service is entirely in Chinese, and the cleaning staff can communicate a little, which is helpful. The place is very clean, and while the bathroom is a bit small, it's perfectly functional. The window isn't huge, but it provides good ventilation. It's incredibly close to Baojian Road, just a two-minute walk, and there's a bus stop right outside. The airport is only 5 kilometers away. The front desk staff are exceptionally helpful; they even assisted me with communication issues with my driver. A special thanks to the young gentleman with glasses at the front desk!
