First off, the hotel service is great, especially the breakfast. There's a good variety, and the waiter is really enthusiastic and quite charming. The hygiene is just okay; I found a hair on the bed, and the bedding felt a bit old and worn. The duvet was also a little thin. The bathroom has a bathtub, which isn't very convenient; I think it would be better to remove it, though that might be too costly. The hotel's location is excellent, right near Dongdaemun, with plenty of shopping malls and restaurants nearby. The price isn't too high either, so overall, it's great value for money.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right by the Line 2 subway exit. It's super convenient for shopping and exploring Myeongdong's main street, and Olive Young is also nearby. There's a 7-Eleven right outside, and plenty of restaurants, making it really convenient.

Facilities: Overall, pretty good. Even though the hotel is old, the facilities are well-maintained. The main drawbacks are that there are no power outlets by the bedside table, so you have to charge your devices at the desk. Also, one washing machine was out of order, leading to queues during peak laundry hours in the evening.
Cleanliness: Very clean.
Environment: Great location, close to Dongdaemun History & Culture Park subway station Exit 6 (just a few hundred meters walk, very convenient). You can see Namsan Tower from the window. The CJ ENM building is directly opposite the hotel. It's very convenient for visiting Dongdaemun, Myeongdong, Gyeongbokgung, etc. However, Exit 6 of the subway has many stairs, which can be really tiring if you're carrying a large suitcase.
Service: Overall good. The front desk staff all speak Chinese, so communication is smooth. Any issues are resolved promptly.

The room isn't very big, so if you prefer spacious rooms, this might not be the best choice. Building 1 and Building 2 are next to each other, and Building 1 looks more upscale and probably has larger rooms. Overall, though, it's still a very good hotel. The front desk staff speak Chinese, so there's no need to worry about language barriers. The cleanliness is excellent, and there's even a pleasant fragrance in the hotel hallways.

Extremely satisfied! First, the location is excellent. It's about a 10-minute walk to the Shinsegae Duty Free/Department Store, and Lotte Duty Free is also very close, right in the heart of Myeongdong. Second, every staff member was incredibly friendly. Third, the breakfast was fantastic, with options like ramen and Korean bibimbap, and the staff even helped prepare it. Fourth, the hotel's shampoo and conditioner were surprisingly good! My hair felt incredibly fluffy after using them. If you have oily hair, you absolutely must try them! I even bought a set to take home when I checked out; they were 16,000 Korean Won per bottle.

My husband and I had an amazing experience staying at Skypark Hotel 3 in Myeongdong! We stayed here for 12 days, and it was the best decision ever. The rooms are clean, and the service and staff were fantastic - friendly, helpful, and super polite. They also offer amenities like drinking water, weighing scale for your luggages, and coin laundry.

But my favorite part is its location! It's near everything - the airport limousine bus station, train station, Myeongdong shopping street, namsan tower, malls and shopping centers, convenience stores, coffee shops, and restaurants. This is now our go-to hotel in Seoul!

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but it offers better value for money than hotels in the downtown area. There's a subway station nearby, which makes it convenient to visit various attractions. Alternatively, you can download a Korean ride-hailing app to instantly call a taxi or book a ride. Since there were five of us, taking taxis wasn't cost-effective, so we often booked a 6-seater car half an hour in advance through the app, which was very convenient! There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel. The hotel staff were warm and attentive, and the front desk staff also spoke English. The room was clean and comfortable. Although not huge, it was quite spacious compared to hotels near Myeongdong in Korea, with plenty of room to move around! The water temperature was perfect, and we really loved the hotel's shampoo and conditioner; our hair felt incredibly soft and smooth after using them – we'd love to know what brand they are! Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Facilities: The air conditioning was super strong, honestly, I was freezing! They don't provide toiletries or disposable slippers, so you have to buy your own. The outlets are Korean, so you need to bring your own adapter or rent one from the hotel. The room was tiny, but the bathroom was huge. However, the bathroom was really uncomfortable; the toiletries were okay, but when you flushed the intelligent toilet, water would spray out. The room was also very dim. This was the worst hotel I've stayed in during my trip, and ironically, it was also the most expensive. I booked it two weeks in advance, and it cost 467. I think that's way too much.

The front desk staff was friendly and allowed early check-in for an extra 11,000 Korean Won.

The hotel's surroundings are convenient for shopping and public transport. It's quite close to Shilla and Lotte Duty-Free, within walking distance. However, I personally wouldn't recommend it. It's the kind of place I'd add to my personal blacklist.
