I  Uma Devi Limbu and my team Aruna Pun, Padam Pun, Hema Rai, Jordane Limbu, Nutan gurung, Mery Rai recently stayed at Hyatt Place Al Rigga Dubai on 21/11/25 for 3 days and was extremely impressed by the outstanding service. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable.

The location is great, about a 10-minute walk from Dubai's Red and Green Metro lines. There's also a Carrefour supermarket, many restaurants, and shops nearby. It's very close to all the attractions in the Old Town, and a pleasant surprise was its proximity to the boat dock.

The hotel rooms are very spacious. If you have children, the sofa bed will be prepared in advance. The room is cleaned daily, and complimentary bottled water and toiletries are provided. The breakfast is also plentiful, and the staff are very friendly.

Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

Advance booking did the trick. We all love this unit. Nearby hypermarket is very accessible.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Place with my family, and it was a fantastic experience. We had a spacious two-bedroom apartment that was perfect for all of us. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly helpful. A special shoutout to Chef Errol and Bipin in the morning for the delicious breakfast and friendly talk! The amenities were top-notch, and I definitely look forward to returning in the future. Overall, a wonderful stay with spacious rooms and great hospitality!

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the hotel manager, Victoria, and her team at the reception for treating me like family and a friend. I am also grateful to the housekeeping staff for always keeping my room spotless and comfortable. A special thanks to the valet staff and the breakfast restaurant manager, along with all the kind employees there, for their exceptional service.

I apologize for the late review, but I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for their kindness and warmth. Every time I stayed there, I felt so thankful for their attention to detail and hospitality.

Breakfast options were a bit limited, but overall great.  I will visit again.

The room is spacious and well-equipped, with Kohler bathroom fixtures as standard. It's the closest hotel to Hongqiao Hub, with direct access via the B2 passage. At 4 AM, the couple next door were having a huge, noisy fight, I almost called the police. I tried to call the front desk, but the phone wasn't working at all – it was just for show. I didn't want to disturb my child's sleep, so I just put up with it, but it was really frustrating. Such facilities are incredibly disappointing for a high-end hotel!

Hyatt Place Shanghai Tianshan Plaza enjoys a very strategic and convenient location, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel is situated less than a 10-minute walk from the nearest train station, which makes getting around the city extremely easy. In addition, there is a large shopping mall directly opposite the hotel, offering plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. With these amenities so close by, the hotel is within easy reach of almost everything a business traveler might need during their stay.

During my visit, my spouse and son accompanied me, and the room setup worked out very well for our small family. The sofa bed provided in the room made it comfortable enough to accommodate three people without feeling cramped. The room itself was spacious, well-organized, and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, which made our stay even more pleasant.

Another highlight of the hotel is the excellent service from the staff. The housekeeping team was consistently friendly and attentive, ensuring the room was well maintained each day. The reception staff were also polite, welcoming, and professional, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Overall, the combination of a great location, comfortable rooms, and attentive service made our stay at Hyatt Place Shanghai Tianshan Plaza a very enjoyable experience.

The facilities are a bit dated. No smart features like whole-house sensors, smart toilets, or coffee machines – these could definitely use an upgrade. The air conditioning and heating weren't very effective. The gym is quite small, but there are coaches on rotation at the pool.

Service: Check-in was a bit slow; at one point there was no room, then no breakfast. Getting a late check-out felt like pulling teeth, requiring repeated communication. Eventually, we were upgraded to a higher floor. Check-out was quick.

Hygene: It was decent, but don't look too closely.

Environment: We parked on the wrong floor and had to drive around the building. There's construction nearby, so a lot of dust. The soundproofing is good; the corridors and lobby were relatively quiet. Big shout-out to the garage attendant for the effective guidance and directions.

Breakfast: It was standard, nothing special, but the value for money was acceptable. It would be even better if they could separate the dining areas for suites and regular rooms.

This hotel is conveniently located near Dishui Lake, just under a 10-minute walk away. The rooms are well-equipped, and the front desk staff were very welcoming and even upgraded our room type. It's a serviced apartment, so it comes with a fridge, washing machine, and cooking facilities. The hotel is also close to the subway and the Planetarium, making it highly recommended for anyone vacationing in Lingang.

The hotel is near the  Dishui Lake， A beautiful building, Room is nice as home with a living room ,  Iron in bedroom. Happy to stay there,  Reception 毛毛,  Restaurant Lily  good service.

I've stayed at the three most central hotels in Flushing, and this one is the cheapest, but the service is super good, and breakfast is delivered promptly. The most, most, most important thing is the excellent blackout curtains. Since I was traveling with a baby, and due to jet lag, the baby needed to sleep during the day, the blackout here was fantastic. It's perfectly suited for travelers dealing with jet lag, and even staff from various airlines stay here. The only downside is that it gets fully booked too quickly. For a few days in between, I stayed at some hotels next door, and the difference was night and day. This hotel still beats all other hotels in Flushing for value for money, service, and blackout capabilities.

Very good experience, the scenery outside the window is great, I can't get enough of it. I stayed for five nights, and the breakfast is very rich in the United States. There is also service. Although it is on the street, it is not noisy at all. And it is very convenient for traveling and eating. Recommended

This hotel exceeds my expectations 💯 it was renovated, the staffs were very nice specially the bartenders who works in the restaurant on New Year’s Eve. The korean guy who helped me in the luggage was really nice as well. This hotel is just a less than 10 mins walk. They served good varieties of breakfast

This hotel is very good. I would recommend it to all.
Firstly the location is very useful. Since it’s in the middle it’s not too far from any of the attractions that you’ll go and see while in New York.  It’s close to subway stations, 6 mins walking depending on which line you want to use.
the breakfast is good, options are plenty, seating area is plenty. Hotel staff are very helpful, kind.
I enjoyed my stay here and would for sure recommend it.

Bright and clean. Checked in very late, the service staff explained clearly and was very warm, it felt very relaxing. Spring is a season of warm weather and blooming flowers, and it feels extra comfortable. In addition, this room is very suitable for the elderly
