The hotel was beautifulll, clean, and organized. It was has 2 beautiful rooms and a mini living room and mini kitchen with utilities and everything it was great. Will definitely book again especially vocationing with friends.

Excellent stay at Hyatt Place Dubai Al Rigga\! The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is perfect—just a short walk from Al Rigga Metro Station with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby\. Special thanks to Sunil and Sagar from housekeeping for keeping everything spotless, and to Ilyas from customer service for being so helpful and professional throughout our stay\. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help\. The breakfast had a good variety and everything was fresh and delicious\. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable\. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai\.

First time in Dubai and we choose the Hyatt place at Wasl District. I had amazing experiences and gladly we choose the right hotel. The place was awesome and the staff all are nice and polite. The room was cozy and clean and smell good. The place was completely convenient which nearer on the airport , food restaurants,malls and city centre. The breakfast food was so good and delicious but only thing not much choices for meet but total all is exceptional. The hotel staff was so nice and cooperative especially when we early check in. Thanks for the receptionist staff Aljin for giving us a nice room view. And to Chelyn as well for a good service. An excellent service and exceptional experience i highly recommend this place and comeback again.

I booked a one-bedroom apartment and was given a room on the first floor, even though the hotel has 14 floors and I specifically requested a higher floor when booking. The room itself was spacious, but because it was so low down, the view outside was completely blocked. There was no hairdryer, no slippers, and the phone was out of order. As for the hotel breakfast, most of it was Indian curry dishes. I could only really manage to eat the bread, fruit, and pasta.

Breakfast not the wooow but okay and in the night fire alarm went off and all of us went down to the reception then it was known that do to candle used in the club down stairs the fire alarm went off🤦♂️.

Very expensive for the service they offer. The mattress was terrible! And the room was noisy even thought, I specifically asked for a non noisy and very clean room. The place is 15 -20 mins from Dubai mall. Far from the marina and Jumeira palm. I around the hotel a lot of stores and accommodation. Un hôtel appart qui est bien cher pour ce qu’il a a offrir. Propre mais le matelas était vieux et usé . J’ai eu très mal au dos. 
Je suppose que vous trouverez mieux sur Airbnb .

Overall, it was excellent and exceeded my expectations. The main advantage is its superb convenience; there's a mall with dining and shopping options directly across the street, as well as a subway station. The room facilities are comprehensive. The gym is on the 2nd floor and is open 24/7. It's also incredibly convenient for IELTS test-takers, as the test center is just a 100-meter walk away.

This stay exceeded my expectations, and I have to praise it! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to catch a taxi or explore the shopping areas. The front desk staff were gentle and enthusiastic, checking me in quickly and patiently answering all my questions. The room was spotless, and the bedding was soft and clean, making for a very comfortable sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, hot water supply was stable, and the toiletries were of good quality. The soundproofing was effective; it was completely quiet at night. The hygiene details were well-maintained, and the facilities were complete and in excellent condition. This place offers incredible value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip and highly recommend it to everyone!

I originally wanted to stay at a Hyatt, but unfortunately, due to the AI conference, all the Hyatt hotels were fully booked. So, I ended up choosing this one, which is also under the Hyatt brand. I'm giving five stars for the service. Right after booking, they called to add me on WeChat, and all subsequent requests were handled via WeChat – they always responded promptly. Room service was also very efficient; anything I needed was delivered quickly. However, I'm giving one star for the hotel's hardware; I'm practically speechless. First, the trash cans in the room are ridiculously small; you can barely throw a few things away. The same goes for the bathroom one; when you step on the pedal, it only opens about 30 degrees, making it impossible to throw in toilet paper. And the bathroom itself is incredibly tiny! I could barely move while showering without bumping into something. It’s genuinely the first time I’ve stayed in a hotel with such a cramped bathroom. I noticed they thoughtfully offer different types of pillows, but when I called, I was told they were all borrowed. Are you guys operating for the first day or something? Don't you know your own inventory? Also, the TV in the room isn't even facing the bed. There's an indented space in front of the bed that seems to serve no purpose, and watching TV from bed would definitely give you a stiff neck. The bathroom doesn't have a separate ventilation system, and there was always a strange odor. Finally, and most critically, this hotel doesn't even have a robot to deliver food! It's 2026 now, and I feel like I'm back in 2016. For such a large hotel and a reputable group like Hyatt, in this era of artificial intelligence, guests still have to go downstairs to pick up their food. I just can't comprehend it. After staying for two days, apart from the decent location and good service, there are just too many areas that need improvement.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even upgrading our room for free. Breakfast was at the Hyatt across the street, which was also excellent with a wide variety of options, and we even got to use their kids' club. Best of all, it's super close to Dishui Lake Metro Station and the Planetarium – both within walking distance.

I've stayed here multiple times. The hotel is located in the bustling Chinatown area. While there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, this also drives up the room rates quite a bit. Breakfast is included, but the selection is limited and the same every day. They offer a complimentary shuttle service to LaGuardia Airport, but unfortunately, there's no shuttle for JFK. I particularly want to thank the Chinese driver; he chatted with us the whole way and provided excellent service. Seeing that I was with my elderly parents and child, he even helped carry our luggage all the way to our room. He also made sure to greet us at breakfast the next day.

hotel room is small (17 sqm), but practical. Included breakfast is a nice feature even though it is chaotic at times. Staff is super friendly and helpful, definitely a feature to mention. Room service a bit funky ... one day our soap (not even half used) was gone without replacement, one day only one shower towel, ... and one day a bottle of cleaning detergent was left in the room. The elevator logic would need some overhaul ... with 40+ floors and 4 elevators, it took sometimes up to 15min to catch an elevator (going down), and once inside and full it still stopped at every floor (some more clever logic - not the hotel's fault, but the elevator manufacturer's) announcing that it is full and people standing outside should wait for the next available one. 
Overall, even with the critical points mentioned, the expectations were met.

This is on par with a budget hotel. The staff's attitude was decent, and the place was clean. The breakfast area got a bit chaotic due to the crowd. The room was really small. For two adults and one child, I'd recommend booking two twin beds instead of a king bed plus a sofa bed. Once the sofa bed is pulled out, there's no room left for luggage.

Great location close to subway stations and in the middle of new development neighborhood and restaurants and shops. Staff were friendly.
Breakfast offers only processed food with no vegetables. Buying some salads veggies from nearby Traders Joe worked for me. Not offering drinking water was a downside.
I was concerned with security because there were no security measures.

Great hotel to stay in the heart of Manhattan with amazing city view! Room is not big, but has sofa and all what you might need. Very good breakfast, tea/water is available in the lobby 24 hours. We enjoyed our stay!
