I had a great experience and this was next to mosque also there are many restaurants that are open 24 hours, it’s very clean environment safe when it was over my expectations, best thing that I like was stuff very cooperative, they even allow me to check early with no extra chargers , it has a gym and a spa and a hair salon, massage center. Swimming pool. Dining area. 

I  recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a smooth stay,by the way it was very closer to the airport

And as a next information if you want to go from this 
hotel to Dubai Mall, it’s going to cost you 100 dirhams

Hotel close to Al Rigga metro station, from the back door only 7minutes walk. A big supermarket next door, convenient if you need any supplies or food. Staff very friendly and polite. I requested a late checkout and was gladly accepted. Breakfast provided many varieties but meat options were limited. Only 2 stops from airport, great value for money. Room was classy, roomy and well maintained. Great value for money. One day we passed by the other Hyatt Place nearby, that area was dirtier.

Our flight to Dubai arrived in the early hours of the morning. After taking the metro to the hotel, it was around 6 AM. We asked the front desk if an early check-in was possible, but they said no rooms were available and asked us to come back around 11 AM. With nowhere else to go, we tried to catch some sleep in the lobby. To our surprise, around 7 AM, the front desk called us over and allowed us to check in early! This was the best moment of our Dubai trip. We were able to get into our room and rest for a good two hours, which ensured we had enough energy for our plans later that day.

The hotel is quite new, the rooms are spacious, and the cleanliness is excellent. My favorite part was the breakfast – there was a great variety. The chocolate-flavored cereal with milk was absolutely delicious!

Advance booking did the trick. We all love this unit. Nearby hypermarket is very accessible.

It's not my first time staying here, and I'm happy to see a significant improvement in cleanliness. The only minor drawback is that the breakfast selection, especially the fruit, is much smaller now. Given the current circumstances [likely referring to the war], it's understandable and impressive they're still managing. The surrounding area is very convenient, with ramen shops and a large supermarket nearby.

I booked a studio type room.
The room was spacious. 
The  sink Kitchenette got blocked from water only.
The bathroom was very small.
The apartments are in another building you need to use two different elevators.
The breakfast wasn't that good. I advice you to book the breakfast for the first day of your stay only. Most likely you won't like it. But tastes differs.
The area around the hotel has everything. From restaurent, supermarkets, pharmacies and medical centers.
The staff were very cooperative also.

Close to Hongqiao Airport.

Facilities: The twin room was very comfortable, with a well-thought-out layout. The floor-to-ceiling windows were great, offering a nice view.

Cleanliness: Cleanliness was up to par.

Environment: The environment was excellent and very quiet. The gym and pool were fantastic.

Service: The service was great. I called to ask if there were bathrobes because I was going swimming, and they proactively provided them, which was excellent.

Overall, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely rebook if I need to in the future.

Hyatt Place Shanghai Tianshan Plaza enjoys a very strategic and convenient location, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel is situated less than a 10-minute walk from the nearest train station, which makes getting around the city extremely easy. In addition, there is a large shopping mall directly opposite the hotel, offering plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. With these amenities so close by, the hotel is within easy reach of almost everything a business traveler might need during their stay.

During my visit, my spouse and son accompanied me, and the room setup worked out very well for our small family. The sofa bed provided in the room made it comfortable enough to accommodate three people without feeling cramped. The room itself was spacious, well-organized, and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, which made our stay even more pleasant.

Another highlight of the hotel is the excellent service from the staff. The housekeeping team was consistently friendly and attentive, ensuring the room was well maintained each day. The reception staff were also polite, welcoming, and professional, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Overall, the combination of a great location, comfortable rooms, and attentive service made our stay at Hyatt Place Shanghai Tianshan Plaza a very enjoyable experience.

First off, I have to praise the service here. Both the duty manager and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful. They told me the duty manager, Lilian, was very patient in assisting me with an issue where my car was scratched by construction debris. The staff also kept me updated throughout. The location is a bit out of the way, which isn't ideal if you don't have a car. However, the facilities are good, and it offers great value for money at this price point. While the hotel gym and pool are on the smaller side, they have everything you need. The rooms are quite spacious; the suite, in particular, is very roomy and comfortable. With a living room, bedroom, and kitchen, the layout is practical and makes for a very pleasant stay.

This hotel felt like it opened before it was even finished. First off, the floors and walls were covered in what looked like Bolton carpet (if it was genuine, that would be very luxurious), but the wall carpet was peeling, exposing the wooden baseboards. The carpet in the elevator made strange noises when you stepped on it. Secondly, the fabric sofas in the lobby and the second-floor restaurant were heavily stained – stains that were impossible to miss. Thirdly, the concrete wall leading from the second-floor elevator to the restaurant was heavily mottled, like a construction site wall.

The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, and items were spread out very haphazardly with no clear flow. Cereal was served in traditional Chinese ceramic soup bowls. For the two days we stayed, the breakfast was exactly the same.

On our floor, the carpet just outside the elevator had an odd, stuffy smell. The room size was decent, but the layout was strange. At night, getting out of bed to go to the toilet meant navigating past the TV area where there was a coffee table – if you weren't careful, you could easily trip. The bathroom light was either completely off or blindingly bright, very harsh on the eyes.

There's another Jiahsuan hotel across from this one, but it has a different name and owner. Including the Hyatt right by the lake, there are three Hyatt properties here, but the amenities are lacking, and it gets quite desolate at night.

There's a cafe by the lake, and apparently, a Coca-Cola exhibition hall is planned for the future. It's not too far to walk to Celebration Square, which is nice for a stroll.

The hotel is relatively close to the Planetarium, about a 15-minute walk.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even upgrading our room for free. Breakfast was at the Hyatt across the street, which was also excellent with a wide variety of options, and we even got to use their kids' club. Best of all, it's super close to Dishui Lake Metro Station and the Planetarium – both within walking distance.

I've stayed here multiple times. The hotel is located in the bustling Chinatown area. While there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, this also drives up the room rates quite a bit. Breakfast is included, but the selection is limited and the same every day. They offer a complimentary shuttle service to LaGuardia Airport, but unfortunately, there's no shuttle for JFK. I particularly want to thank the Chinese driver; he chatted with us the whole way and provided excellent service. Seeing that I was with my elderly parents and child, he even helped carry our luggage all the way to our room. He also made sure to greet us at breakfast the next day.

hotel room is small (17 sqm), but practical. Included breakfast is a nice feature even though it is chaotic at times. Staff is super friendly and helpful, definitely a feature to mention. Room service a bit funky ... one day our soap (not even half used) was gone without replacement, one day only one shower towel, ... and one day a bottle of cleaning detergent was left in the room. The elevator logic would need some overhaul ... with 40+ floors and 4 elevators, it took sometimes up to 15min to catch an elevator (going down), and once inside and full it still stopped at every floor (some more clever logic - not the hotel's fault, but the elevator manufacturer's) announcing that it is full and people standing outside should wait for the next available one. 
Overall, even with the critical points mentioned, the expectations were met.

This is on par with a budget hotel. The staff's attitude was decent, and the place was clean. The breakfast area got a bit chaotic due to the crowd. The room was really small. For two adults and one child, I'd recommend booking two twin beds instead of a king bed plus a sofa bed. Once the sofa bed is pulled out, there's no room left for luggage.

We stayed here as a family of six. The location of the hotel, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the friendliness of the staff were all so good that we would like to stay here again. Although it is far from the city center, it was easy to get to the city center because there are three subway lines. Also, since it is close to the airport, it was easy to get to the airport on our last day. We can't complain that we had to pay $3 per bag to leave our luggage. Breakfast is just normal Western food.

The best quality/location/price hotel. 
Haven’t an opportunity to have breakfast, i love to sleep till almost midday, so have nothing to say. 
But the room was quiet, clean and spacious enough.
