The Hyatt Grand Central New York is perfectly located right inside Grand Central Terminal on 42nd Street in Midtown. The subway entrance is literally right outside the door, making getting around incredibly convenient. We also got a nice perk: a $15 daily voucher to spend at the Market Place shop next to the front desk for snacks. The room size was good, and we even had a city view. The staff were friendly, and the lobby was spacious and comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very close to Macy's and an easy walk to Times Square. The room was clean and tidy, but I'm not sure why I was given an accessible room when I booked a king-size room. It was a bit strange, but I only stayed for one night. The room was a bit cramped and lacked space. I knew I had to pay over $30 USD when I checked in, but they charged me $250. A week later, they still haven't refunded the remaining balance.

I booked here because I didn't want to be crowded. The surrounding environment is good. The hotel room is small (but the price is cheap in Manhattan). There is no parking lot. It cost USD95 for 24 hours (parking is charged everywhere in New York). The room is small, of course, but the facilities are complete. It's okay.

Extremely satisfied!!! After staying in hotels in Germany and Austria, it wasn't until I arrived at Hyatt that I felt like I was back in a proper hotel. A taxi from T1 is about 21 euros, which is convenient for early morning or late-night flights. The hotel is very quiet, and the facilities are new. The hot shower was incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff were polite and patient, making for a fantastic experience.

This hotel offers an excellent experience. The location is superb, making it very convenient to get around. The service is meticulous; they always try their best to accommodate any requests. The front desk staff is also very polite. The happy hour on the 5th floor is the perfect spot for daily socializing and relaxing with drinks, complete with a live band. I've stayed here more than once, and each time it feels just like coming home.
