Location in 30 minutes walk from the center. 
There is no capsule coffee machine in the room, strange for this level of the hotel. The bathroom has no hair conditioner. In general the hotel is pulled on a good crack, but not more. I will not stop in it anymore, expensive for this level of service.

I don't know why the hotel service staff didn't clean the hotel for a few days.

Just the location of the hotel is at the workplace! The hotel staff is great! Willing to help! Also very caring to take care of your needs! Clean facilities

This is a very new hotel with excellent facilities, though the location isn't super convenient. It looks close to the airport, but it's not walkable, and driving there involves a lot of twists and turns.

The facilities are comprehensive, and the gym equipment is high-end.

Breakfast was a pleasant surprise – a huge variety, better than 99% of hotels in Spain. Plus, the mini-bar in the room is free and unlimited, which is a first for me in Europe.

The shampoo, body wash, and even hand soap are all good quality.

Two minor complaints:
1. The bathroom design is odd; the shower area has no barrier, so water splashes all over the floor.
2. The windows are floor-to-ceiling, but on lower floors, privacy is a real issue. People on the street can look right into the entire room, especially at night. I'd suggest putting a privacy film on the lower half of the glass.

The hotel is very old with old facilities and a musty smell. The parking lot is not near the hotel and it has to go around the narrow streets of Madrid. Hotel location is good, in the city center, famous attractions can be walked to. It is not recommended to eat breakfast at the hotel, it is not cost-effective, there are several Chinese food nearby, but reservations must be made in advance.

Nice location, reception could have been more helpful when arranging early check in after a 12h flight. There obviously was a room available of a higher category for a couple $ extra but this was only suggested after 2h of waiting in the lobby (had also contacted in advance weeks prior). Also no room amenities available that you'd expect like toothbrushes, razors, shower caps etc.

Love this window view! Good front desk service, delicious breakfast! Good location, eat at the bar when you go out at night.
