I really liked it. The check-in/check-out times were flexibly accommodated to suit the customer's needs, depending on room availability. It really helped alleviate my fatigue. It was also great that food delivery came right to the door. The environment was clean, and the room layout was good and comfortable. The only minor inconvenience was that the pillow was a bit too high; I wonder if they would have provided a different one if I had asked a staff member. I was too tired this time, so I just slept with it as it was.

I highly recommend the Shanghai Lujiazui Xiyue Hotel! Its riverside location is absolutely amazing. The river-view rooms offer stunning panoramic views of the bustling Huangpu River nightscape right from your window, capturing both the daytime energy and the romantic nighttime ambiance. The Song-dynasty inspired elegant decor is incredibly stylish, and amenities like the bespoke 'Shang Xia' tea set and Dyson hairdryer really highlight the quality. The room is spacious and clean, and the smart toilet and separate wet/dry bathroom are super practical. The service is warm and attentive, from luggage handling to responding to requests efficiently and thoughtfully. Plus, you can walk to the riverside promenade and art museum, combining comfort with a touch of culture. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Shanghai!

Staying at the HUALUXE Shanghai Xujiahui was a perfect blend of elegance and practicality! As a high-end brand under Huazhu, the hotel's new Chinese-style design is full of clever touches. The lobby, with its fragrant wood and Suzhou-style Zen aesthetic, features furnishings co-designed by Zhu Zhou and 'Shang Xia,' showcasing exquisite Eastern beauty.

The room was clean and spacious, with a Dyson hairdryer and capsule coffee machine that exuded quality. The complimentary first-round MiniBar was a generous touch. The smart toilet and floor-to-ceiling windows enhanced comfort, and the housekeeping was meticulous, cleaning every nook and cranny. The service was warm and attentive; the 24-hour front desk was efficient and thoughtful, and the departure gift added a lovely touch.

The location is superb, adjacent to multiple metro lines, and within walking distance of Metro City and Grand Gateway Plaza, making shopping and commuting incredibly convenient. The breakfast offered a mix of Chinese and Western options, with freshly made noodles and fresh fruit being definite highlights. Whether for business or leisure, it's a top choice in Xujiahui. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Shanghai!

I came to Jiading with my family to watch the F1 race on the weekend. Every time I go to Shanghai, I stay at Xiyue Hotel in Shanghai, so I chose it this time when I came to Jiading. Very, very satisfactory stay experience. The hotel combines the details of Chinese classical landscaping and the essence of minimalism to create a quiet and elegant space. If you are not in a hurry to go to the racetrack, you can really enjoy this leisurely time in the hotel! I would like to thank the handsome guy Xiao Shao at the front desk. His service is really great! Knowing that we are going to the stadium to watch the game, he took the initiative to help us check the route to the stadium and the approximate time required, taught us to use the membership to buy breakfast coupons, helped carry the luggage and sent us upstairs, and sent welcome fruits to let us feel the excellent service experience. I will continue to stay at Xiyue Hotel in Jiading in the future and look forward to meeting you next time.

The Xiyue Hotel (Chengdu Taikoo Li) was such a pleasant surprise! Located right in the heart of the bustling commercial district, it's just a few minutes' walk to Taikoo Li, yet it offers a quiet and peaceful retreat – truly a hidden gem. I've stayed at Xiyue four or five times now on my business trips, and the experience is always exceptional!

The hotel seamlessly blends Chinese aesthetics throughout. The lobby features an elegant ink-wash screen, while the guest rooms are adorned with Shu embroidery throw pillows and celadon tea sets, exuding a unique charm. The bedding is incredibly soft, like sleeping on clouds, and modern amenities like Dyson hair dryers and smart toilets are all provided.

The Dandan noodles for breakfast were authentic and delicious, and the butler service was proactive, warm, and always ready to assist. Xiyue will definitely be my go-to hotel every time I visit Chengdu!

The hotel room is new, clean and have strong water shower pressure.  The lighting switch control system is a bit confusing.  The pillows are a bit soft for my liking.  The buffet breakfast spread is very good but with limited seats if too many guests.  The noodle station lady should improve on PR when speaking to guests.  The cheerful housekeeping staff did perform well in maintaining the room clean.  A good security control for entering the hotel room, guest can scan the room card and the specified floor number will be displayed.  The front desk staff is kind enough to give us gifts upon checking out.  The 3rd Tianfu Street Metro line 1 (Exit A) is about 5 minutes walk (370 meters) away from the hotel. There are some restaurants and two convenience store at the ground floor of the hotel building.  The hotel is located within working office blocks area and is quite far from city centre (Chunxi road).

The lobby is very quiet and elegant, the hotel has a nice fragrance. The front desk is attentive and considerate. Any needs can be met in time. The sound insulation effect is also very good. The experience is very good. I am very satisfied with the hotel stay. It is very attentive and convenient to travel. I will come again next time
