As a hotel enthusiast, I immediately fell in love with this Chinese-style hotel. The river view from the window alone is worth full marks! A special shout-out to the two staff members at the entrance; rain or shine, they are always so enthusiastic and helpful with opening the door – truly heartwarming! The hotel manager is also very kind, and their attitude towards resolving issues is excellent and swift. I'll definitely choose Xinyue again next time I'm in Shanghai.

I really liked it. The check-in/check-out times were flexibly accommodated to suit the customer's needs, depending on room availability. It really helped alleviate my fatigue. It was also great that food delivery came right to the door. The environment was clean, and the room layout was good and comfortable. The only minor inconvenience was that the pillow was a bit too high; I wonder if they would have provided a different one if I had asked a staff member. I was too tired this time, so I just slept with it as it was.

My trip to Shanghai led me to the Hixi Hotel Xujiahui, and my experience far exceeded expectations! As soon as I stepped in, I was captivated by the modern Chinese design. The lobby, filled with a subtle woody scent, seamlessly blends the Zen aesthetic of Suzhou gardens. The space, a collaboration between Zhu Zhou Design and 'Shang Xia', beautifully embodies the 'round sky, square earth' Eastern philosophy, instantly whisking me away from the city's hustle and bustle.

The room was spacious and spotless, with delightful surprises in every detail: a Dyson hairdryer, a Nespresso coffee machine exuding quality, and 'Shang Xia' toiletries with an elegant fragrance. The smart toilet and floor-to-ceiling windows added an extra touch of comfort. The housekeeping staff was incredibly meticulous; even the crevices on the desk were dust-free. The complimentary first-round MiniBar was a generous touch.

Service was impeccable. The front desk staff were efficient, patient, and thoughtful. The welcome tea upon check-in and the Dragon Pearl Pu-erh tea souvenir upon check-out made me feel truly cherished. The hotel's location is superb, right next to several metro lines, and within walking distance of Metro City and Grand Gateway Plaza, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. Breakfast offered a wide variety, with both Chinese pastries and Western dishes, all fresh and delicious.

I came to Jiading with my family to watch the F1 race on the weekend. Every time I go to Shanghai, I stay at Xiyue Hotel in Shanghai, so I chose it this time when I came to Jiading. Very, very satisfactory stay experience. The hotel combines the details of Chinese classical landscaping and the essence of minimalism to create a quiet and elegant space. If you are not in a hurry to go to the racetrack, you can really enjoy this leisurely time in the hotel! I would like to thank the handsome guy Xiao Shao at the front desk. His service is really great! Knowing that we are going to the stadium to watch the game, he took the initiative to help us check the route to the stadium and the approximate time required, taught us to use the membership to buy breakfast coupons, helped carry the luggage and sent us upstairs, and sent welcome fruits to let us feel the excellent service experience. I will continue to stay at Xiyue Hotel in Jiading in the future and look forward to meeting you next time.

My experience at Xiyue Hotel in Chengdu Taikoo Li was fantastic! The location is absolutely perfect, just a 3-minute walk to Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, trendy activities, and snapping photos with the climbing panda. The hotel's quiet yet central location means you can immediately escape the hustle and bustle after a day of sightseeing. The biggest surprise was that all the room amenities are from Hermès' 'Shang Xia' brand. The tea sets and toiletries exude an Eastern aesthetic quality, with a collision of wood and stone textures and modern design, feeling delicate yet stylish. The new Chinese-style lobby is elegant and zen, and thoughtful features like smart toilets and Dyson hairdryers are provided. The Dan Dan noodles at breakfast were authentic and delicious, and the butler service was incredibly responsive. Staying here offers both the convenience of urban prosperity and the quality of high-end aesthetics. Highly recommend!

This stay was fantastic, exceeding all expectations! The hotel's location is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for commuting and shopping. The front desk representative, Guolan, was very friendly and efficient during check-in. The room was spotless, the bedding soft and comfortable, instantly soothing travel fatigue. The soundproofing was excellent, making it incredibly quiet at night. The bathroom had a well-designed dry and wet area, complete with toiletries and a stable hot water supply. The breakfast was plentiful, with both Chinese and Western options, and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. Overall, the value for money was excellent. I'll definitely choose the Xiyue Hotel next time I visit this city, and I've already recommended it to anyone planning a trip!
