My stay at the Metropark Hotel Qingdao this time was absolutely fantastic! I especially want to commend Ms. Feng at the front desk. From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by her professionalism and enthusiasm. She patiently answered all my questions and even proactively helped me plan a sightseeing route to avoid crowds. Her thoughtful attention to detail was incredibly heartwarming! The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was plentiful, and the location was very convenient. Ms. Feng's service made my trip full of pleasant surprises. Definitely a five-star rating, and I'll be sure to choose this hotel again next time I'm in Qingdao!

It's worth mentioning that the hotel's swimming pool is clean and not crowded, definitely worth experiencing. The room facilities are complete, and I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was rich and delicious. The yard is green, the vegetation is rich, the negative oxygen ions are high, and the air is fresh. There are also various sports courts. There are Lushan Forest Park and Mingling Reservoir nearby, which is cost-effective.

I've stayed at this hotel several times now, and the front desk staff, especially the ladies, are always so welcoming and enthusiastic. The suite is really spacious, which is perfect for family trips and makes for a very comfortable stay. They even provide kid-friendly decorations! The room has a bathtub, great for a relaxing soak, and you can chill in the living room and watch shows on the projector. It's just so cozy and relaxing. I'll definitely choose凯莱 (Kai Lai) again next time I'm in town.
