We enjoyed our stay where we stayed in a suite that comes with lounge access for afternoon and evening refreshments, tes and cocktails. And were happy with everything except the showers and sauna area which need periodic maintenance.

Stayed for 3 nights , great welcome with complimentary breakfast as we arrived way early before check in time. Service was great from all the lads , canteen , reception, room service

Our family had an unforgettable stay from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, the check-in, concierge service, and hotel staff were all superb. Truly a 10/10! They were incredibly attentive, responsive, always smiling, and genuinely caring. A special shout-out to Alex, Shivani, Jamshir, Jampesh, and Amine from Latest Recip, who were incredibly kind to our baby Imran.

Took my child to this hidden gem of a family-friendly resort for the weekend, and it exceeded all my expectations! The room was spacious and comfortably laid out, and the entire place was spotlessly clean. The hotel service was meticulous and thoughtful; the staff were all gentle and responsive.

There's a fantastic array of kids' activities and facilities, keeping my child entertained all day long. I particularly loved the outdoor pool – it felt like being by the sea. We got to enjoy a relaxed vacation vibe without having to travel far, truly earning its nickname as 'Shanghai's little Sanya'. It's a perfect escape from the city hustle, ideal for families looking to unwind and for kids to have fun. Highly recommend it for a leisurely getaway!

Facilities: Everything is well-equipped, both the hotel and the pool are great. A branded five-star hotel definitely gives you peace of mind, with basically everything you need readily available.

Hygiene: Clean and odorless, no dampness in the room, even the bathtub was spotless. My kid had a blast taking a bath.

Environment: The lobby is spacious and grand, and the rooms inside are cozy and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near Baolong Plaza and Qibao Ancient Town. Minhang Cultural Park is about 800 meters away, and there's also an art museum and a subway station nearby. It's an incredibly convenient location, perfect for combining sightseeing and accommodation, making it our top choice for a family trip with kids.

Service: Whether it was the front desk staff or even the housekeeping staff we met in the hallway, everyone was proactive, smiling, greeting us, and asking if we needed anything. Our butler service was also very nice. I'd like to recommend our lovely butler, Ms. 'Summer' (her staff ID is in the picture). She was very responsive to all our requests, no need to call the front desk first.

Before we left, the hotel even gave a small gift to our child and reminded us that if we drove, we could register at the front desk for parking exit. They always prioritize the guests' thoughts and needs. This was a fantastic stay.

The twin beds were 1.35 meters wide, the room was spacious, and it even had a large bathtub. The location is super convenient, right next to Wanda Plaza, so there are tons of food and delivery options. The value for money is definitely top-notch! We traveled with kids and seniors, and everyone was really happy. I accidentally messed up the dates for our three-day, two-night group deal and had to rebook and extend for an extra night. It was my own oversight, so I didn't even expect to get a refund for the first night. But after we checked out, the hotel's after-sales team called for a satisfaction survey. I explained what happened, and they directly helped process the refund. That's incredibly thoughtful service! I'll definitely stay at Le Méridien Fuli again next time.

Staying at the Le Méridien Qingdao West Coast was a delightful experience. The hotel's gardens and sea views truly created a relaxing, resort-like atmosphere. The only minor drawback was that the hot food at breakfast was a bit slow to be refilled, leading to a short wait during peak hours.

However, Levi Shang at the front desk handled my check-in with great efficiency. He verified all my information seamlessly. When I asked for recommendations on less crowded local spots to visit, he provided some incredibly useful and off-the-beaten-path suggestions. His service was just right – professional and thoughtful without being overly formal, which significantly offset the small issue with breakfast. Overall, I left feeling very satisfied with my stay.
