The three days and two nights here also make me feel the warmth and care of my family at all times. Even the cleaning aunt He is very kind and professional. As the store manager, Nana did everything herself. She knew that we liked to be quiet. She personally negotiated with the next door. Some guests knocked on the store and sent a message to the clerk for the first time. We brought our child to Chongzuo for the Christmas holidays and originally planned to stay three to four nights, but we only managed to book two. As it turned out, three nights would have been just right. The hotel offers VIP access to both Detian Waterfall and Gulongshan Scenic Area, but with only two days and wanting to enjoy the hotel's activities, we only chose to experience Detian first. On the day we left, my child kept saying they hadn't had enough and wanted to stay longer 😂.

**Facilities**: Couldn't ask for more. Although there's no elevator for the third-floor rooms, the incredible view makes up for it. The activity room, gym, and kids' club have everything you could want, and there's a great selection of free bicycles.

**Service**: Our butler, Doris, added me on WeChat before check-in to discuss our stay and hotel activities. She basically responded instantly to any messages or requests I sent her 👍. I also want to give a special shout-out to the lady at the Detian Teahouse; her service was incredibly thoughtful, striking the perfect balance between professional distance and warmth. We had a very pleasant hour there.

My only minor complaint was about one male staff member at the pool bar next to the fishing platform. We went to try fishing, and there was only one fishing rod available at the time, with no other guests around. We asked for an additional rod, but he kept making excuses, first saying we should just use one, then saying he was worried we'd lose interest if he went to get another. Seeing I was a bit annoyed, he finally went to get one, but it took him ages to return. He was the only staff member I encountered at the hotel with service issues; all the others were smiling, greeted us, and asked if we needed help. All in all, it was a very happy and satisfying stay, and I'd definitely consider staying here again to make up for not experiencing the Gulongshan rafting.

Overall, slightly exceeded expectations
Environment: Very beautiful and elegant, the overall color is green with white, with design aesthetics, and the aromatherapy smells very good. The natural environment is very good, and you can see various birds and fruit bats.
Food: Super like it. Very delicious, there are all kinds of dishes, and the buffet is really full. Especially the desserts, the taste is rich and layered, not too sweet.
